Inveniam have acquired Factom. The bankruptcy trustee now has to do the final sign off (so each party gets their legally decided proportion of Inveniam stock ) when SEED are in receipt of these papers then then can announce to market.

Factom has been written down to zero in the accounts, Ed cannot lead the market before he knows exactly what they are receiving.
From communications that I’ve seen between Inveniam CEO and a large SEED holder this figure is ~0.2% maybe a little more or a little less when the bankruptcy trustee signs off.

Inveniam are a major player going forward. Massive in scale to anything Factom were ever going to be. Spend a little time reading their website, looking at their BOD etc. This is real world blockchain use rather than just a super idea like Factom that tried to adapt their theory to real world use solutions.

As such Factom is a tiny cog within Inveniam.

Think of Vitality CBD as being a tiny cog within SEED valuation.

As such expect to see SEED receive ~0.2% of Inveniam stock

Ffwd have converted a known audited zero asset to ~0.2% of a future giant. This is a significant turnaround result.

Seed will announce once the bankruptcy trustee has signed everything off and legal documents distributed etc. Happens when this happens.

Leap will be bought out by IMG. Ed is there to negotiate best price for Seed. I’ve not seen anything to suggest that Leap can IPO. IMG have fully integrated Leap within their family of companies and it’s now a unit within the corporate brand. We will get a sold RNS any morning soon with no pre-warning.

He has been uber bullish on Leap in every podcast he has done. Bar stating it’s going to blow the bloody doors off the SP, every person who listened to it knows what he was implying.

They will release a statement when they have received a bid, sold or to announce an IPO.

Factom was written down to zero in the accounts over a year ago. The inveniam deal will be accretive and give a positive change in NAV value for previous Factom holdings.
Inveniam are a huge blockchain real world use company a tiny percentage in return for a previously written down zero value asset is a superb outcome.

We as investors do NOT need a progress RNS ‘Factom is moving along, Leap won’t be far behind and making good progress’

This is not difficult or hard to understand.

Inveniam have acquired Factom & associated debts. They are in the process of settling the remaining cash liabilities in The bankruptcy. When this process is completed the remainder of the purchase price will be paid in stock to shareholders. This is when we get an RNS not before the above process is completed.
