Looks like candy is the villain https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3277483/Pay-12m-hurt-Russians-Holly-Valance-s-London-property-tycoon-husband-accused-mafia-style-threat-sensational-court-papers.html
has he been watching too many Guy Richie films.
Cannot wait till he and his stooges are gone, he's been playing games all along, and messing it up for everyone, i believe he has been responsible for the decimation of values of boom, aaa . Bonnier's real mistake was getting involved with this twerp. take a look at his behaviour in the Bonnier court case- he should not be allowed out of his bedroom !!!!
he's put the share price in the toilet for a while, once he's gone we have a chance.
Nothing concluded yet i believe, i'm of the opinion Candy has left himself wide open to a significant compensation event, he's shown little respect for the court, and has little to back up his claims, the freezing order should never have happened ,it only went ahead on CAndy's declaration . it seems utterly senseless on Candys part, unless he has a massive short on Boom.
when the likes of Zak appear with their negative spin, it's often a good sign, he's possibly here sponsored to keep the price down for a large buyer,or closing a short position.
I expect a bit of excitement in the short term.
i'm of the opinion Candy has been hugely disruptive, i can only imagine for his own gain otherwise there is no sense to his actions!
Bonniere is no angel ,he is very experienced in pushing forward tech companies and his financial interests are very much aligned with shareholders !!!!
relevant stuff candy\bonnier. fairly subdued -not surprising as there's so much in a state of flux. I believe had bonnier been able to execute his vision unfettered there would have been huge increase in values across all related companies. so am feeling frustrated, also macro events damping all.
been in all for some time , enjoyed the ride up ! i only blame Bonnier for poor judgement involving Candy as it seems Candy was alarmed when shares he sold Bonnier made money for Bonnier, so Candy tried to take his ball back ? i expect things to go in Bonnier's favour from what i've read.
court time for these two? would be nice to get this out of the way. let's see who the court sees as the baddie, i wonder if Candy had a knee jerk reaction and it may cost him ?
I would be happy to see Bonnier driving things forward here,he's risky but makes things happen.
