Not sure if i can give a concise answer;
bonnier very influential in aaa,aslr,dev,aaqua, boom, there are /were links and common interests he seemed to be driving growth and increasing values. he involved candy especialy regarding boom and aaqua, candy then obtained a freezing order on bonnier's assets/interests under false pretences. thgat had a huge effect on most of the aforementioned companies, if bonnier wins the court case against candy aaqua may receive £150m from candy
Court cases between them should be coming to a head now.
very relevant, perhaps not to the daily sp. these are both of great significance to boom. worthy of discussion as our current value is linked to them and has been for the last couple of years
I hope booms figures will overwhelm the candy/bonbon negative, but it certainly has some effect.
aaqua is a valuable secure platform.
why is there a court case if cvs and bonnier are legal acting directors.
some real skulduggery has been going on .
My opinion is ;
bonbon did a share swap with candy for some of candy's boom shares, there was then a significant rise in boom sp. candy thought he was being conned and didn't like to see bonbon making a load from candy's shares. so candy the absolute brat? spat his dummy and managed to get a freeze. on bonbon's aaqua - by telling whopping lies to the courts .
i can only think candy has been watching too many guy richie movies and keeping too many yes men about, and employing some very nasty little organisations.
the twerp has messed some so-much up, and destroyed the value of his own investments,
now bonbon is no angel but he was a great driving force to the value of these companies, candy i suspect has been unbelievably stupid.
i gather he has managed to adjourn the bonbon v candy ventures hearing.
The court submission forwarded to me from aaa telegram group i believe. will try and post it .struggling to do so.
it puzzled me that aaa appeared so hostile to bonnier regarding a loan. however it does clearly indicate damage to bonnier by candy and co. and why they are seeking £150m
