I think that’s the happiest I’ve ever been reading a placing RNS.

- £7m so plenty of cash now to progress at speed

- very minimal dilution around 3%?

- at a premium

- existing institutional take up so they clearly see value at 40p, not Dave Klein’s 20p

- should provide a floor under the SP

Or it could just be we still have a large holder(s) selling. Another two large ish sells at 1.52pm and 1.53pm, and there have been a few instances today like that.

MB only works Wednesday and Thursday so there was never going to be an RNS today.

This is 100% incorrect. I asked a CEO at an AGM this very question not so long ago. A few hundred pounds maximum was the answer, an insignificant cost.

Adw198 - I was very surprised re Gazelle so bought back in at around 1p on the morning of the RNS. This is definitely not a long term hold type stock anymore for me, so looking to exit sooner rather than later. However, I think it’s all so corrupt (most on here acknowledge that the MG have been corrupt) and PC blatantly and deliberately frustrating our progress, but equally, I wouldn’t be surprised if they also use MATD to make money nefariously. So they need to keep the show on the road - 0.8p was as low as was legally possible to raise - and it wouldn’t surprise me if H2 is now all of a sudden a gusher. But we both know that, medium to long term, the ordinary PI will not be allowed to win and make money.

In summary, trade trade trade is the only way.

Manx, reread what I put. Not saying that all that good news won't propel the SP higher. And I hope it dies, having bought back in. But given the rise, we can't afford a damp squib of an RNS.
