Aeschylus - Lagueule’s argument might be that Heron is still not good to go, at least not until the paperwork is prepared and signed.

About right. These things take a long time. Buy a few shares and forget about them for a while.

They may be some kind of algo trading going on, but I think it's also a case of some investors thinking we were there and buying in, and then perhaps realising we're not and swelling out. As said before, we've been here quite literally countless times with MATD, and only when a barrel of oil is filled and cash having transferred hands will I be confident we really are there.

Aeschylus - that is definitely my concern! This governor has done everything he can to stop us from progressing. I don’t think he’ll roll over and give up just yet.

Maybe it's the wording of the RNS and the Progressive note. If it's all guaranteed, why the need to wear out the h, o, p, e keys on the keyboard?

WOS - so am I correct in thinking that IF - for whatever reason - SSPL fails to happen, we could be prevented from producing oil despite the local authority being happy with it?
