And as for my buying, we’ve been over this so many times WOS but you’re very selective on your memory recall. I’ve said I’ve been critical of management and the MG previously but there was still a chance for money to be made. And I’ve always maintained I’ve never sold a share. Sadly, that remains the case.

Thornogson, I agree - if the wells are profitable (which they should be!) get as many up and running as possible, especially while we seem to have MG support. Hell, I might even support another raise if it was for the genuine promise of 10x Heron wells next year.

They’ll surely need to raise £20-30m. They can’t be coming back for more cash next year so need to make sure they have enough to cover all the salaries for the next few years!

I think it’s possibly too late to drill another before winter. And I’m guessing here, but depending on how successful Heron 2 is, flow rates etc, might give them more information on the best place to drill the next hole.

It’s been quite a long day and Wigster and I will have the full report to you hopefully late tomorrow, maybe Saturday. Bear in mind there are two hours worth of notes to sift through.

But a very quick comment, funds have to be raised and “current investors will have a chance to partake”, therefore there will be dilution. We will hear more on the details of this 6-8 weeks.

This is my own opinion, but I believe they already have a commitment from a large investor(s) to underwrite any such raise, as they seemed almost smugly confident this raise will pass without any issues.

While SS always puts on a good show, the hard facts are that there have been yet more delays, no reason was given for the delayed AGM other than they wanted to wait until they had news to tell us (and even today they told us from the start they couldn’t discuss in any detail the trial or funding plan!) and there will be dilution to some degree.

I’m sure others who attended will have comments. We have detailed notes and will be able to give you the boards comments as verbatim. You can then make your own minds up.

Investor, so we know we’ll be selling our oil at a bit of a discount, then nearly half to the MG and a few other costs to run the site. $30 seems more than fair. That’s $55m per year or about £40m at current exchange rate. P/E of 5x (bear in mind there’s many ftse100 companies mid single digits) and that gets us to £200m market cap or 13.5p?

There won't be an RNS after the AGM as it risks being disclosed during the AGM online. If we're getting one it'll be at 2pm.

Hamm, takeover talk is utter nonsense. JV, maybe but I think we just need to concentrate on developing Heron, hoping the MG remain on our side and there are no further hurdles. And that PC play ball. Do all that, we’ve then got to hope the sellers or MM manipulators disappear and we see some kind of rerate.

Mani - they’ll be no half measures today. I want a full explanation of why this AGM is over 3 months late and if they’ve reported themselves over such a breach.

Asher, maybe they’ll do that. But Gobi has been put on the back burner for the next year I’d say. They’ll focus on heron now.

Last year of course they released an RNS/presentation the same time the AGM started…
