RR was in a real mess (even before Covid but that did hurt) and has been a big beneficiary of Covid ending but also the war in Ukraine where defence spending all over the world has increased dramatically. There were concerns at one point they’d need to raise cash or could even go bust.

They now look very expensive looking simply at the fundamentals. But they have the hype behind them so could carry on going up.

I’d love to be wrong but all this news is expected. Expected news typically doesn’t move share prices. We’ll need something a bit unexpected like an announcement out of the blue on a JV, or news they’re accelerating the development of the Heron site with financial assistance from PC or the MG etc.
