At say 1p per share raise, that's another 640,000,000 shares that could be issued. And presumably they'd do a 10 for 1 consolidation at that point.

But another $6.4m potentially. Ouch. That's a lot of extra shares and whther it's CLNs or extra shares issued, the effect is the same. Shareholders losing money.

My question to MB is, of the $9m raised last time, what have we actually achieved? Heron 1 was already paid for. So a dud Heron 2 and Gobi drill (certainly without further spend) and some renewables project we have limited information on.

Have I missed anything else?
