I think Gusto is the only real non holder here. Why do we have the highest number of posts? Because everyone is flapping due to the falling SP and TBT’s imagination. And what is so special about it? Not much really.

That would be less painful than selling out and it going back to 3p. My hope is that we do get a slither of good news and MB pumps it to high heaven before any raise.

I didn't try to manipulate anything. I just proved that it's not standard wording. But I see now you're saying it's standard working for most, but not all, companies!

Regardless, the key point here is that it has been 33% additional shares allowed to be issued for many years. Now it has changed to 43%. Someone has had to go in and change that number. Presumably they haven't just plucked it out of the air and they'll be logic behind it.

And as for your comment on my point about zero director deals:

Thornogson, I think 43% of additional shares is around 640 million more. So at 1p, £6.4m or $8m. I think we’d squeeze out two more Heron wells if they are very sensible. It’s the only plausible solution other than some sort of JV. But they really will need those wells to perform otherwise it’ll be back to shareholders cap in hand very quickly again.

Talking of which, MB has said the last two raises were done at such heavy discounts because Mr Market and II’s insist. Well, how about they offer more than a measly $500k worth out to PI’s??? I’m sure many would take up additional shares for less than the usual 40%+ discount II’s apparently insist on. Its a question I’ll certainly be posing to MB at the AGM.
