Hamm, the previous 5 raises have been June, February, July, June, January.

In summary, a raise could come any time.

Oh, and my last post for a bit, on Hamm’s defending of the SP - mentioned many times but imagine if MB or other members of the board put $100k in now at 1.4p… it would IMO have a dramatically positive impact on the SP. In fact, it would probably increase their current holding by that much! And make raising cash less dilutive if there is another raise. Yet, there is zero director dealing 🤦‍♂️

Just on that, didn’t someone post all the well production rates or the average at least for PC’s block? Might be imagining that. Would be a good guide, though.

My best guess is a $6.5m raise. With the bit of cash we’ve got left and hopefully some revenue from our current 200bopd production, we should be able to eke out paying for Heron 3 and 4. Hope to hell that they are more successful than Heron 2 and maybe get up to 1000 bopd.

From there, that really should be us financially independent and stable to progress the Heron field and fulfill our obligation to Borzon and renewables.

That is surely MB’s thinking.

I know I’ll get screamed at for saying H1-4 only producing 1000 bopd. But CURRENTLY H1 and 2 are producing 200 between them. And there’s a chance 3 and 4 might encounter similar issues to 2. Put it this way, I’d be delighted if we can get to 1000 bopd between 1-4!

So that’s that argument definitively put to bed.

Regardless, there has been a change in MATD’s from 33% to 43%. I think that tells us a lot. As for Margaritas question on why we aren’t talking about alternative funding options, well, we’ve got a soft loan facility for $1.5m(?) which won’t do diddly.

No one knows for sure but we can make educated guesses. Some are more right than others. My bet is they’ll issue close to the maximum of 43% (approx 640m new shares) which at the current price would be about $8.6m, similar to previous raises. But, we know raises are done at discounts. So it would likely be $6.4m at 1pc currently. Unless they can pump the SP up quickly.

As BP says, it won’t go far, with the proof being the previous $9m mostly hasn’t done much. Of course, we’ll hopefully have some extra revenue coming in… come on, RNS.

As someone pointed out, it’s been approved at 33% additional shares that can be issued he past number of years. Now it’s 43%. Presumably because the share price is lower, and also because they’ve looked at it and know theyll need to raise so much that it will equate to around 43%. It looks like it’ll be around $6-7m at around 1p. Unless of course MB gets this SP up, and pronto.
