That’s my last few MATD shares gone. Fear not, I’ll still be partaking here, to see how it all plays out.

This has been a disaster of a stock, and I still place most of the blame at the door of the MG, followed by PC and then what is ultimately poor management.

For the few genuine holders here, I still hope this comes good. But talk of 5p, 10p, 50p… it’s just a nonsense. Looked at objectively, MATD don’t have the cash to progress their many projects. It’ll be back to shareholders where I expect they’ll squeak through one last raise before it all goes belly up.

Mullins, here’s a thought. Rather than copy and pasting RNS’s that we can all see, why don’t you give your calculations on income vs costs.

Really? ~£1.5m per year isn’t go to be comfortable.

Manx, this is over, for LTHs at least. A raise has to happen. And if there is some JV, the terms will be so punitive. Someone could easily drop £50m into all that needs developing and still not scratch the surface.

We have rifled through ~$8m since the raise around a year ago. For what, Heron 2?! Heron 1 was already paid for don’t forget.

MATD really gets through the cash.

£150k per month isn’t going to be enough. There is so much we’ve signed ourselves up for.

Perhaps was one the uber bullish can give me some hard numbers as to how they think we’ll cover general costs, working capital etc and pay to develop Heron, Gobi, Gazelle, Borzon and our renewables commitments???

It’s all a con. As MB himself says, for PC to raise concerns re potential tax at quite literally the last minute, and now withhold monies, it not good at all.

Then there’s the numbers. £810k 😂 Barely enough to cover MB’s salary and expenses!

And in absolute all seriousness, it isn’t enough to keep the lights on and is undeniably not enough to develop Heron, Gobi, Gazelle, Borzon, renewables… goodness, we have overstretched ourselves.

Any rise today on the back of this will likely see me sell my remaining holding. I am more confident than ever of a raise.

MB might have picked up the phone to a few companies begging for help. But we don't know that formal JV talks are happening.

I'm delighted by the SP resilience shown. There was always going to be a pullback after such a surge, with profit takers and traders bailing out. But it's held up remarkably well and I won't be surprised if it continues to nudge up as we approach the MRE results.

Sells outstripping buys by more than 4 to 1. Clearly not enough people agree with you.

I'm confident MB was holding off on a raise in the hope we'd get some good news re payment and H1 production. That hasn't been the case, so I expect the raise will be due any day. I imagine they take a little bit of time to organise, and that dismal RNS was only two weeks ago. Could even be this week.

Re the oil price spiking because of current wars, long term it will settle down. And for now, it’s largely irrelevant to MATD. There’s other issues to resolve.

On Iran, I don’t think the regime is as strong as TBT is suggesting. Yes, it might be a bit kore stable than Syria, but look how quickly Assad fell once there was an uprising. The Iranians, from what I see, are fed up with the leadership. The killing of Mahsa Amini has seen and continue to see lots of protests.
