J White still has an active case against PPP to amend the share register. I just wonder if this is holding up any process or creating a compliance issue if the share register is under contention

Beggars belief that the ‘no’ brigade continue to relentlessly disrupt the exceptional work done by the new board whilst failing to offer any credible or viable alternative. They subterfuge at every opportunity to drive a hidden agenda and all they have achieved to date is placing countless hurdles for us shareholders and the company in getting PPP back to trading.

DSAF…share certificates? Crest is dematerialised so J White’s holding will be in electronic form. The RNS stated that the registrar will reflect his holding accordingly in the appropriate Crest nominee account. Your statement is pure conjecture and unfounded

NU, the original placing was 6m shares at 6p so actually £360k. Now the placing price is 12p, if that is now the anchor price he has taken a risk in a distressed company and has the potential to make a 100% profit. Also, 6m shares gave him a significant say in proceedings of the company to his benefit.

The disrupters were shameful, it was not a corporate update and due to market sensitivity many questions could not be answered, despite this the vitriol from certain participants continued. I noted Richard Spinks left the call about 10 minutes from the end, I suspect out of disgust with the behaviour of some of the invitees. Anyhow, I thanked them for their contribution and hard work, it was not a call to discuss legacy issues, shameful behaviour but sadly not unexpected
