Despite numerous attempts to ask the TG group what their actions are should a No vote succeed I have been given no credible business plans, suggestions or priorities. They are preoccupied with past misdemeanour's and conspiracy theories. On this basis the only credible alternative is a Yes vote which I have submitted. I don't want this suspended for another 9-12 months.

This is my concern and the question I put directly to the TG, several times. No details, plans or suggestions were submitted. Their angst is with Lunn’s management but they have no credible plan going forward. For this reason I will be voting Yes.

Question is if the No vote is successful how long will the suspension continue beyond November? This is a significant consideration for me. Shareholders need details of how PPP will operate post Lunn, yes I understand a new board will have shareholders interests as a priority but what would be the actual activities/deliverables to get this back trading?

This debacle has taken its toll on so many shareholders, I've had financial issues due to having my entire savings tied up here for 14 months, I accept responsibility for my actions and I am aware that trading is a risky business but still...the last year has been very stressful for me, however to hear what you have gone through I really have no cause to complain. best wishes to you both

Yes from me too. I don't want this embroiled in the courts for months due to TGM court action. This mess was created by Evans et al. Lunn has surreptitiously discharged the debt via equity swap but I don't see how else this mess could be resolved. The TGM have not put forward any viable alternative

The LSE algorithm works out if buy or sell based upon the price, and often incorrectly applies a buy as a sell (or vice versa) There are huge regulatory implications (fines) for firms misreporting their transaction reporting obligations under the MiFID regulation. It just doesn’t happen

Yes I understand the concept of stock borrow and short selling but not the logic of subscribing to a placement and then forward selling. Given the closing price they are already trading at a loss. Just doesn't make sense to me

Bully boy tactics from the naysayers with no credible plan should a No vote be successful. Whilst I applaud their due diligence I don't want this suspended for another 6 months., its just kicking the can further down the road. It's a sh *t show I agree but I'll take my chances......

I shall be voting Yes as I see no credible alternative from the naysayers, relisting is better than a continuation of suspension. I'll take my chances.
