Clearly not what I wanted to read in the RNS. However, the statement does say a new CEO will be announced, suggesting PPP still viable. I can’t see the placing investor giving up £120,000. They must know something we don’t, can we take any positives from these 2 points?

Yes I saw that too, but what exactly does it mean and how reliable?

Given the duration of the revenue streams expected over the 30 year agreement can we expect PPP in the near future to announce the commencement of annual dividends? Or will they use the revenue for other acquisitions?

PPP is not on AIM, it is listed on the main market

I hope auditors did some work/due diligence with expectation that statements would follow rather than the process only starting on receipt of bank statements

Much angst and negativity caused by investors who bought in late, around 8p or above. I bought early, at 1.12p and so I’m relieved at yesterdays RNS. If this goes up on first day of trading, even by 5-10% I’ll be satisfied and won’t be selling in near future. Investors who bought in late clearly have much higher expectations and hence their dissatisfaction.

I have reviewed your postings on various shares and without exception they are consistently negative and i'm afraid to say you are exceptionally vitriolic, especially towards other opinions, which of course are all based on conjecture. I can only surmise you are not a shareholder. I am relieved about todays RNS, first and foremost as we have confirmation that PPP will be back trading shortly. Yes we have a delay in drilling, these things happen. There are other concerns too, but you are obsessive with your negativity, so again, clearly not a shareholder.

Oh for goodness sake, the merchants of doom and gloom are in abundance today. Ask yourself this, do you think PPP could have issued new shares to institutions if they were insolvent? II’s conduct due diligence, they don’t give their money away. Do you think a new non exec director would have been hired if PPP were going down the drain? Do you think GV will pull out of the deal when contracts have been signed? Please stop the conjecture. Yes, we are all frustrated, I’ve got £28k locked in and I’m hurting too. Please try and remain constructive, do share research as this benefits us all, but enough of the negativity.

All these predictions are conjecture. I take solace in the fact that further funds were raised via share increase and you would expect the institution(s) who subscribed would have done their own research and due diligence. Balance sheet has been cleaned up by virtue of GlobalClear. So we need to sit tight and be patient in the expectation that a series of RNS’s are imminent. Don’t forget the board have skin in the game too via their own holdings. All these facts are positive indicators for me and do not raise any red flags.

Yes, in the UK, a PLC must have at least 25% of its shares as part of a free float to be listed on the LSE, though there are some exceptions and considerations depending on the circumstances.

IMO if they were sells the price would have significantly dropped. Also, due to low share float MM’s will occasionally drop the price to encourage selling to fill their order book, hence the volatility today
