Why do people keep telling others this? How do you find your way onto AIM and Aquis? Everything is speculative if it's not on the FTSE. That's the whole point.

I've seen good AIM oilers brimming with confidence go down the pan in less than a week. I'm in an AIM gold trading company that was suspended out of the blue and off market for 3 years, when all seemed FINE. Even the safest punts can become risky.

Yes, ANA is speculative, but the Aquis market is free of shorting and the sector is a new and innovative one. Only you can weigh up the pros, cons and risks. But people just coming here and saying 'this is speculative' aren't being helpful or cool. It's a known fact most stocks are speculative across these small and midcap markets.

I know it's a hard nettle to grasp, but people do have lives outside these forums. An absence doesn't necessarily mean someone's sold out or martyred themselves.

It's okay to take breaks, do other things or recover from ill health.

In fairness, it's neither an unreasonable or unattainable initial target, if you were so inclined. We were at 4p a few months ago so it's not even a great leap on good news.

I've seen people out there quoting 15p+ so Zak's target is not that outrageous. :) You never know if it's really good news or multi-news, we might just hit 4.55p on good old AIM. ;)

Honestly, what part of early stage and exploratory on AIM don't people understand?

If you want a fully-functioning, dividend-producing, plodding, predictable investment it's also available. You chose to put money in this company, which is in a new phase, waiting on licenses and early drill results. They'll come, good, bad or indifferent, but only when there's something to report.

I know it's a pain, I know it's frustrating when other companies seem to be getting news and we don't. But you get some dry periods in AIM miners. The year is still young. I don't think he's 'rinsed' anyone. Warrants are warrants and all AIM companies have to deal with them. Tiny companies can't fund themselves with of fresh air.

Why are some of you acting like total melts here and out there? Are you itching for this money now or something?

Fund and Share account.

Yeah, HL are only doing fill or kill for ANA atm, but I believe the access to a fuller online platform is coming soon. It'd be great to have more control online, but I can't complain because they've executed my orders efficiently. Their Fund and Share fund account is free to open and maintain, but obviously taxable, whereas the ISA there is subject to not unreasonable fees, though judge for yourselves. We all have different income.

Yes, I've seen several shares slide this week, even ARB have lost quite a lot and I was surprised to see where they finished yesterday. A considerable drop even with bitcoin flying and Musk's ludicrous tweets egging people on.

So ECR is by no means the only one, and if it's warrants shifting, as could well be the case, then that won't help. But it's part of the process.

Not helping either is the small but noisy brigade of people posting between here, ADVFN and Twitter, basically piling onto any tweet ECR release and mobbing Craig/the ECR team with quite rude, aggressive comments. Craig's job is to keep people interested in the assets and deliver results as they come through.

I wish people would cease demanding he/ECR stops putting out the presentations slides and photos on the Twitter account, because it's not all about 'market reaction'.

Many of us investors like to see progress onsite through photos!

I'd rather be in a speculative medicinal cannabis company than a speculative oiler, for example. Or a company with too many irons in the fire, spreading itself thinly.

...isn't it. This company can have some hold ups, common to mining, and there's all hell on from the resident five year olds. But certain other companies can make their shareholders wait years and yet get praised!

I know we have plenty of silent investors but 9/10 times there's the same handful of us here yakking come rain or shine.

A couple of drop days and suddenly all these new handles flood out of nowhere? All 'deeply concerned' about an AIM share that's going to go down as well as up. You boiler room folks must think we were all born yesterday.

I keep saying this, not out of some sense of stupid superiority complex, but because I've been there, I've done the collywobbles and panicking. Mining is a long term investment. It's requires an investor mindset on the whole. The main reason is that these things take time.

The other reason is that 90% of people on AIM have no ****ing clue what they are doing. Very very few people have the time or expertise to successfully chart, plan ahead, understand financial terminology, etc. Especially if they are juggling a day job or have other commitments. This is why the 'House always wins'. To be successful you must have patience, these shares will have periods of down as well as ups, as warrant holders drag prices down periodically.

If you can at least get your mind to work out that down doesn't always mean death spiral, it's half the psychological problem cracked tbh. I take my hat off to successful traders because trading in and out and avoiding the pitfalls is very hard to do unless you have 1. a brain like a calculator 2. time and dedication to this single subject.

Most here just don't. They're ordinary people who find AIM and hope to god for a quick fix. It's why it's such a fickle market.

Cdavies33, the short answer to your question is: nobody knows.

You could always contact the company but what have back so far has been waiting for legalities to be ironed out', which could mean anything at this stage tbh.

I have funds free by Thursday morning so expect the sp to rocket before then because I'm almost always in the doldrums and then get locked out the minute I have money, as the sp floats away. Thi pattern has followed me all my life so I expect at least 15p by mid week. ;)

PS: Suthy, I'm long term here too. It's matters not what the sp does really, I just go with the flow and hope it comes good in the next year or two. Mining is a long and bumpy road and you have to be mentally prepped for it. But it can be very rewarding for the patient.
