RE: Share potential19 Jan 2021 10:01
Well as I say, GGP is way further along the curve than ECR. They've gotten over their pain barrier of having a significant discovery, and getting a major on board to develop it. It's very early days here. But very good early days, I might add. I just think you have to temper the fact that despite the potential of the prospects, the geology advantage and the safe location, ECR is pretty much hope atm. I'm well aware of that and am happy to take that chance. But GGP is in a much safer, if a bit more plodding position. It's passed the honeymoon period and is settling into routine married life. Whereas ECR is still in that new phase where explosive chemistry, of the kind GGP had with Hav, is yet to fully occur. The find at Blue Moon was downplayed and the first time they seem to have even mentioned it in 2 years was last week. Though correct me if I'm wrong. The last presentation on ECR's website was in 2019, there's nothing for 2020.
So I think it very prudent to hang onto GGP. I have with mine, though far less than I have here. I think GGP is a fantastic example of a once frustrating (but always exciting) tiddler that has hit the big time. I sincerely hope ECR can achieve the same and wish all holders best of luck. It is certainly a fantastic opportunity in terms of potential. There are just those tiny niggles I have about the other assets (I might be doing them a disservice, but I'd offload everything but Victoria and focus squarely on that). And the lack of updates to the main website. Plus what exactly they've been undertaking at Blue Moon all this time. Other than those issues, which may well have easy answers, it's all good. Just a waiting game. If results are worthy I'm prepared to be here for up to 3 years.
While I'm thinking on it, does anyone know when the results of the license applications are to be announced? I can't seem to find anything concrete.
