I am curious to understand why you expect such a low opening share price, of ~$10 on the potential relist.
What assumptions do you make on 2023 subscriber numbers, average revenue per subscriber, and the outlook at that time. Surely a market cap of only $45m in eighteen months is way too low?

Offer, if you look at the share register, it is impossible to get to 52% irrevocable votes without Davis support. When I want information clarified, I speak direct to the company at a senior level (I take this stance with every company I invest in). Sometimes they respond, but when it's commercially sensitive or NPI they respectively decline to answer. I do not rely on this board for information, or any facts. The most vocal here have an agenda, mostly negative, and I suspect are paid to be so. I don't like it, so I am leaving. Farewell all.

I am absolutely appalled at the baseless negative messages being posted on this site. I stopped participating a long time ago, but was alerted to the Davis comment below, and I felt bound to correct the post.
I am amazed at the twisting of facts, the erosion of truth, the scurrilous innuendos, and plain untruths that are continually posted here. It is a complete disgrace, hiding anonymously behind your alias.
My positive outlook is supported by dialogue with the company, industry analysis, and objective modelling. The share price is where it is, by forced selling from shareholders who cannot (and some do not wish to) own an unlisted company. Fear abounds, and has frightened off sensible investment decision making.

This is not without risk. The board is not blameless for where we all are, but the deceipt is not with them, but the tristed tales installing fear on this board. shame on you, its a complete disgrace.

I can guarantee Davis is on board. All you have to do is add up the numbers for irrevocable support. There is no way you can get to 52% (as per RNS last Friday) without Davis support.

Also, I have contacted the company, and had a discussion. They confirmed support from all major shareholders. There us no question about this in my mind.

NM Inc will be owned by the same people that are shareholders in Napster plc, in the same ratio. Once consolidated your 1 share in Napster will convert to 1 share in NM Inc.

Go to all the Admin links, and the fine print. All looks up to date. Anyway, what's the problem with older recordings. Do you never listen to your old records?

To be honest, nobody outside these chat rooms knows anything about Napster. Nobody. In the investment world its now so insignificant market cap, its not even a rounding error. Only one thing will change it, that's the App launch, but that's a 1Q22 event, I expect. That would come with a global marketing campaign, possibly a roadshow to US investors and a listing there. Its a question of time. Given that, new buyers are on the back foot. The persistent selling has not been met with any new significant buying. Its too small to gain attention. But eventually when the prospect of a successful App launch is upon us, things will change for the positive. Just my view. 

Thanks Mel. There is plenty going on in the global music business, there is lots to play for. Fortunately though there are more big companies not exposed to music that would probably like to. Yes, there are large companies helping seed startups, across several platforms. That is normal. Not all will survive, but those with the best relationships and technology will. Management may have a steep learning curve, and perhaps that is painful. Keep our eyes on the end game.

Also Deadcross, if the company issues cash back to N&G I believe that would be a very good event. It would show that Napster wants to minimise further dilution, has the cash available, and it could signal we're close to having some news on App launch, or certainly getting closer to that important event.

The cash situation is an interesting debate. If the 2H is unchanged from the 1H21, monthly revenues are around $7m, there was $10m available to be drawn down from the Davis loan and £9m cash at the 30 June. Maybe not as bad as some think, perhaps.

Every single conversion in the past has been reported. The next conversion, if it happens would be a significant event and would be reported as an RNS straight away, IMO.

Not really, there has been a seller around for several months. Volume today is not exceptional. Nothing has changed fundamentally.

Let's not forget this year there has been zero marketing, I would expect the revenue jump in 2022 from 2021 will be significant. Its not what has happened in the past, but what could be, or will be delivered in the future that matters. A multi music offering should have some attraction to new subscribers.
Consider that for every million new subscribers (assuming a global offering in all major markets), is about U$100m of annual revenue. How many new subscribers could there be? 1m, 2m, 3m, or more?
One thing is certain, £33m valuation today is very wrong.

I believe streaming will become a commodity distribution business, but it will be the added features that makes a difference to the subscription rates, and customer retention. To this end, its where Napster is positioning itself. Either they make a success of it, or someone else comes along and likes what they see, and buys the business. I am sure there are people looking at the industry already to see how best to be positioned.

Thank you Italian. Yes, it looks like that transfer to Rhapsodt Applebee was to satisfy a predetermined obligation on the sale of the Napster business. So there is nothing untoward and Real Networks remain a committed shareholder.
