Thankyou, very clear now. What's required now is
1. weekend success = better than expected MVR App downloads
2. Proves to the big players there is demand for this as an add-on on offering to existing and new customers
3. Wider interest from other genres to deliver similar platform using MVR
4. Bigger music/media player to need to own this
5. New entrants who have not been involved before, who can share the vision.
6. Patience and time

If you read carefully through the text of the chairman's report, some key milestones have been achieved, through a tough year. Forget the numbers, at this stage its about setting the strategic direction, allowing management to get on and achieve that, and supporting the stock when necessary. I believe this company can deliver game changing opportunities in the music industry, albeit with a small genre to start with. No one said it would be easy, without risk, occasional disappointment from time to time. It needs time. This weekend will be a major milestone. If you dont have patience, and vision, move on. Cheers all.

My belief is that JG will exercise his 2021 options at 15p, and the share price will then be multiples of that exercise price. Why else take the risk?

Funny, just an observation... the big photo there is of a live concert, no social distancing, etc. It was from last year I guess.

Also, in today's Times there is an article https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/theatre-on-screen-is-panned-by-the-actors-d6gnpkf5v on filmed theatre here in the UK. Not all support it. I believe the real market though is the US which Gore has a major stake, in Broadway. At the end of the day, the actors may not have a choice, it will come down to survival, and building a new market. Live theatre could become a super premium price ticket (think luxury seats like Everyman etc), whilst VR is accessible and the new norm. Also to distinguish VR is significantly different to 2D film of a perfotmance.

The Patents if there are any should be in the annual accounts, and they would have some value, or at least cost. There should be a value, and notes referring to some basic information. The last accounts 2018 had no mention of patents.

Looks like we need several events out of the way to move higher. 1. accounts and scrutiny (audit approval). 2. Additional programming. 3. The July festival to be a success. 4. Clear plan of how the next 12 months looks. 5. News on theatre production progress. 6. User stats to increase and at least achieve targets, preferably beat. 7. No, or very little bad news for the industry or the company. Anyone add to this? Regards.

Just like in UK, different production groups produce different shows. Nothing wrong with some competition. We know MVR have a superior technology for filming VR in music, I'd expect the same in theatre. Don't expect MVR to talk about it until everything is set and signed (why give the game away).

MVR's deal with Sony is on their music business, is it not? MVR isn't even a rounding error for Sony. I doubt Sony HQ even know of MVR...
