No but kicking myself for selling what I bought on the dip too cheap! Still 90% left though. Taking a bit of profit never hurts.

I wouldn't necessarily expect any detail if negotiations are on-going. I would assume "Kier Living" and the "Residential business" as one and the same. If multiple parties are involved, that can only be positive for the final amount received.

mannan, this is a dying dog but there may well be money to be made as rigor mortis sets in. MOS is heading the same way but we've seen some spikey days when the day traders have had a ball. If you have £ you are prepared to throw away, I'd hold out a bit longer. This is going lower yet.

Agree risk in both directions. The risk is if you are shorting using leverage. My holdings are bought and paid for and can be held for the long run if I so decide. No margin calls to force an exit. I do use derivatives but prefer to short the whole index as a hedge. I think I will derisk a bit in the next week if we get a bit higher.

Received a letter from Share.com regarding the delisting yesterday. Gave my instructions to vote AGAINST the delisting. Deadline is approaching. If you haven't heard anything from your broker, you will need to chase them.

SP is rising steadily again as yesterday. Will it hold today or succumb to late selling? Ran out of steam just over 150 yesterday. Sweaty palm time for the shorters again though. Poor things...
