Finally seeing Calidus shares in my Share Center although as yet unvalued. My holding though does not include any for the last Keras I purchased on 18/11/2019. I can't find the cutoff date message. It was surely after this?

Still not showing in ShareCentre. Will chase again...

Finally got a response from ShareCentre re. Calidus:

"Thank you for your email, and apologies for our delayed response.
We are aware of this matter, and apologise for any inconvenience. At present we have yet to receive the new Calidus shares from Keras Resources, and we believe this may be due to the fact we are unable to trade the new stock as we cannot access the Australian Exchange.
In usual circumstances we would expect to receive the new stock electronically, but due to the situation outlined above we believe it to be more likely that a share certificate is on its way to us which will represent the entirety of our new shareholding.
Please be assured that we are communicating with Keras to resolve this matter as soon as possible. When we have firm updates, and are in a position to credit the new stock to clients accounts, we will be in contact again."

Guess I won't be seeing it any time soon. On the other hand, Trump's trigger finger is pushing gold prices north so hopefully Calidus price will be heading the same way.

LT, enjoy your life in Swanage. I had the pleasure to live close to there earlier in my career and were circumstances different, I might be looking at that area for retirement. This is also my biggest loss but one that will be a learning experience. Time now for a quick bath before a wonderful Polish Christmas eve feast with my ex-wife, kids and our friends. As per my letter from thesharecentre: "if approved, the offer will be binding on all shareholders. It is expected that the scheme will become effective on the 29th November 2019, with the payment of the cash proceeds expected on or around the 14 December 2019". More info is available on the inmarsat website. Expecting the cash to hit my share account next week. Still think we got done of this one. Buyers got it cheap. GLA

belgrano, we used to say that at my company too. I used to produce the evidence for my end of year appraisal. Got binned despite having saved over double my salary. That was the day I left corporate for ever!

Prop, the key RNS was 21/11. The split was stated as follows:
It follows that the cost of a shareholder's investment in Keras should be divided for UK Capital Gains Tax purposes as being 52.763% in respect of the Calidus Shares received under the Demerger and 47.237% in respect of the residual holding of Keras Shares.

I've lost track what is happening. We're now 29/11 and still trading.
