and the share price doesn't even move, because the company is a joke and can't even get the stuff out of the ground.
main shareholders turn down Ladbrokes, share price now falling yet they don't seem to forthcoming with why they turned it down and what their plans now are and without that investors are in the dark and nothing to stop the price falling even more
thanks for that, good to see you posting again
I guess with the amount debt that ACU has, $10M is easy to lose sight of !!!!
thats what I am hoping, but I fear the worse, it has been said on this board before that once they started mining again the share price would fly, but it hasn't, they always seem to encounted probelms with the mining, be it the rainy season or equipment problems. I have held now for nearly 2 years at an average of 6p (current paper loss £13K) and had 2 opportunites to get out around Christmas when it rose, but I held on thinking it was turning the corner only for it fall right back again. I understand that they aren't obliged to release RNS's every week just to keep us PI's happy, but the lack of news is what fustrated investors and makes them sell up
The original rumour was around 70p the share price spiked in the 60's, nothing happended and the share price fell into the high 30's low 40's, 3 months later rumoured the deal is going to be higher than 70p share price only hits low 50's even though deal is supposed to be for more and now we are back into the mid 40's. Where will the share price end up if the deal is off, probably and excuse to drag it into the 30's even though the Company is in no worse shape than before the deal was announced and happily bobbed along in the 40's
i dont think they have the cash to do so
not exactly good at keeping investors formed to say they are in the communications sector
the loan will be extended or converted to shares, diluting our holding again
That's a bit of a worry, if I was ACU and I was getting loads of copper out of the ground especially at the level of copper prices are now, I would be plastering it all over the news in a bid to get the share price moving, the fact they remain silent and look like they plan to do until June/July is a worry.
with the share price, the results were not bad, yet we are hovering near the 120's
The price seems doomed never to reach the highs people comment becuase what always happens, is they release an RNS (like at christmas regarding the licence) the share price will rise maybe a couple of pence, but then because no news is forthcoming in the following months, the price drifts down, like we are doing now (from memory we were 6p around New Year and slowly we have dropped back to below 5 and I envisage we will go further down as investors get bored. The problem then is if the next RNS production update is bad (which I anticipate it will be hence the silence, especially when copper prices are so high ACU should be trumpeting production figures) we go further down if its the norm we probably go back to 6p and then the whole cycle will start again. The share price doesn't seem to be able a level around the 6p which to build on when production updates are released
how many shares do you own to get your average down from 89p to 4p?
you have made a profit, blimey you are mythical on these boards !!!!!
someone is dumping these, not very encouraging especially as we must be due an update soon
broke even, so I am happy
and this turd is still falling
