record production and the share price doesn't move
"Record production of 2,882 Mt of copper in concentrate for the second quarter of fiscal 2013" if that doesn't get either the share price moving or the sale moving, I don't know what else needs doing
i was just going on what zcifan was saying
so what was revealed at the AGM yesterday ? I am going to go out on a limb and say thay they said absolutely nothing on the subject
you have been saying the talks are advanced now for the last 6 months, ZCI haven't even said they have any interested parties, yet you seem to know they have.
because you said 50% ! I would need 250% just to break even and I cannot see anyone paying that premium
well if ACU only sell at a 50% premium that means they will get 3p a share, which I guess will probably leave most people on this BB sitting on a nice fat loss, me included as my average is 5p.
7 months and they still cannot say if they have any interested parties
so depsite the positve RNS last week and the potential sale by ZCI we are now back a near low levels and the trend seems to be downwards and after nearly 6 months of ZCI announcements, we have absolutely no idea if anyone has even shown any interest.
probably one of the better RNS's we have had in a while, hopefully this is the start of something good
wish I had the option to sell but I need 5p for breakeven
I really don't know anymore, it seems no matter what happens in a year, there is always something to negative that has an impact on it and for all the forward looking news, the share price stays the same
not overly encouraging that this is going to work out well for investors
this is becoming long winded now and after 4 RNS's they still can't tell us if anyone is slightly interested !
where are you seeing that ? the only RNS I have seen is the one below posted by mulledwine
thought there might have been a bit more buying this morning on the back of that 1.4M trade yesterday
is showing as the last trade but timed as 12.33
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Toronto-listed African Copper PLC said it has finalised a five-year off-take agreement covering 100 pct of the production from its Mowana mine in Botswana with Swiss firm MRI Trading AG. The agreement includes a 5.1 mln stg private placement at a subscription price of 70 pence per share, under which MRI will receive about 7.28 mln African Copper shares. So they paid 70p a share and we are now at 2p !
we are back up and running, slightly concerned we have more borrowings from ZCI, but not much we can do about that
I agree it is dragging, the fact they haven't said there are interest parties is also worrying, the only bright spot seems to be that they finally getting decent amounts of copper out of the ground, which can only help the sale/share price.
