Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Great news on this wet and miserable Monday morning but its a pity the market has not taken a more positive view of the deal which invariably it seem to me is always the way with this share. With regard to the couple of negative post below it is obvious that the posters have little or no knowledge of this companies track record, the William Hill deal/ windfall is one that comes to mind when refering to cash piles, but that a side this BOD as usual are right on the ball.
Plus 500 deal is off not the sort of news we wanted to wake up to on a frosty Monday morning however some you win and some you loose but fortunately Playtec win more than they loose and with the support of their extraordinary growth figures I feel there is little to be concerned about even in the short term. I have no doubt the board will be on the look out for further acquisitions in the near future.
Amaizing result so let us hope that the market sentiment is more positive towards this company and its sp than it has been in the past .The figures PTC continues time after time to produce should be enough to see the sp well north of £9.00 in my humble opinion,or will the market remain in denial ?
Is the only adjective to discribe this share considering the solid performance it produces time after time but it share price quite often does not reflect its obvious true value therfore I can only assume it suffers from market sentiment because of its profilie ie. gambling software etc.Which I consider is somewhat illogical when one considers the Stock Market is a gamble in its self. Rant over ! Regards to all David.
Havealot thank you for the info, just as I thought Daily Mail"s "Pie in the sky". Have a great bank holiday weekend. Regards, David.
In todays DailyMail it mentions that the interim dividend is 70p a share .Firstly is this correct ? and secondly if it is correct when will it be paid ? any input/ clarification would be appreciated although either or either a great investment. Cheers guys, David.
Downgrade from £7.80 to £5.80 citingquality of earnings, regulatory risk, and lack of share buy back, whilst Shore Capital put up a buy reiteration. As things stand it looks as though a decent RNS regarding an aquisition is our best hope of an sp recovery any time soon, so sit tight and hold for the recovery.
Would one of the more intellegent soul out there please explain to me why this action should have such a negative effect on the sp as the board claims this action is being undertaken to enable it to add shareholder value ?
Is the last thing we need ,where will this take the sp and more importantly how long willit take to recover?
as follows: As management we echo your sentiment regarding the share price. There has been some chatter in the marketplace regarding Malaysia, which we hope to have scotched by putting out a statement confirming our comfort with market consensus for 2014 and 2015.Ends. I missed yesterdays RNS but at least we got an answer so let us hope things return to normal as we do not want to end up in a similar position to Quindell which is causing me personally a lot of grief at present caused mainly by unfounded statements by shorters and of course the damageing rumours that they put about.I would like to think the sp at the moment is a buying opportunity but I am not in a position to top up as I have already topped up two of my other modest investments during the past week plus the boss indoors would I suspect take a dim view of it so being a devoted pacifist I will have to wait this one out.
If the above is in the air the markets does not appearto think much of it.
Well thats their job but I guess it depnds upon whether they want to tell you anything or not because PI"s are like bloody mushrooms and kept in the dark until it suits them.I have checked out the Ladbroke site and there is no mention of a takeover what so ever, so where did you pick up the takeover info from?
I have just E-mailed their investor relations guy Adam Kay regarding the decline in ths sp over the past 10 days 769p to 645p we will have to wait and see if we get anywhere with that although I very much doubt it still I guess it"s worth a try GLTA , David.
What is going on this sp surely cannot be justified following such recent good results. An E-mail to the company I think is required , I am pushed for time this morning but will try and get one off later if anyone else has time to send one please do soas Ifeel we are entitled to an explanation!
The raft of new contracts can only add to investor value and deserves a vote of thanks to the BOD and especially it"s sale division. I am pleased I held on to some of my shares when the price inexplicably began to drift down earlier this year so let us hope these results encourage the market to move the sp towards £8.00.
yes I entirely agree in fact I don"t wish to sound over optomistic or of being accused of being a ramper but I could not understand why at one stage we were languishing below £6 earlier this year, never the less I believe that turning in these sort of figures should give the company a sound base to push on towards £8 +. I certainly am glad I kept the faith as it was wavering at one point !
which should I hope brings a little more confidence to the market after having endured several pretty rough months. I am surprised we have not yet cracked the States because if and when that happens this share should really go places but only time will tell. It certainly would be good to get back to £7 + where it rightfully belongs.
you are not kidding , I would be delighted with 24p I attended last years AGM which gave me a small measure of hope yet here we are a year later and a crap sp to put it crudely. This years AGM is being held next thursday but unfortunately I am away mores the pity else I would ask the board if it isn"t about time they got their collective fingers out and produced something that would result in shareholder value. It must be great to achieve very little and still be able to pick up a nice salary they must think they are bloody civil servants answerable to no one ! Rant over so fellow sufferers have a nice day.
over the past 11 weeks other than one brief upwards spike makes me wonder what is suddenly causing this normally steady share price to decline?. Could it have anything to do with recent director share disposals? Thoughts anyone!
one off buy of 1,371,207 shares today by TRK"s standards plus lots of smaller buys which they alone out number the sells .Are we in for a pleasant surprise for a change ?
