Just querying whether they have to legally report during suspension or hold back on all news until audit passes scrutiny.
So imo set my final date of news by 17th Jan. :-)

As closing of the First Issue and the subsequent completion of the audit would delay such restoration beyond the 6-month anniversary of suspension, the Company has been granted a waiver from Rule 5.2 of the AQSE Growth Market Access Rulebook, extending the deadline under that Rule until the close of business on 17 January 2022,
provided that the First Issue has closed by 31 December 2021.

It is possible they may already have the First issue sorted but not releasing an RNS as this is on condition of audit completion by 17th Jan.
Just a thought.

Markets in general reacting to inflation (money printing), supply issues, troop movements. No wonder investors are nervous. Result: a big dose of illogical unloved stock along side pumped big names. What a mess.

Vela have a balanced portfolio and cash in the bank ( a rarity in a world of debt).
Too much emphasis by share owners on just one investment has consequences and that’s what you’re seeing now. In short Vela is oversold Re SGS, annoyingly before we know its true potential or outcome.
Example: Real-life consequences of ignoring the big picture re covid-19.
A total of 1.5 million people died from TB in 2020 (including 214 000 people with HIV). Worldwide, TB is the 13th leading cause of death and the second leading infectious killer after COVID-19.
We all need shares to increase more than inflation over entry points just to stand still. Thank goodness we don’t yet have 50% inflation like Turkey.
I’ve done the best I can to research vela’s potential and see nothing more than a time frame change.
A good entry point, certainly, looking back over the last 12 months but no use if you can’t keep hold until the NDA is lifted.

There’s a drop across a many investment RE new COVID variant. We should find out in a couple of weeks’ if this affects trade short or longer term.
With inflation accelerating supply chains severely disrupted, IMO Funding of SME`S in 2022 will become paramount as they battle against all these factors.
Finally, good to see expenditure going towards “White label” development. IMO vital to the risk reduction and reward from SYME.

Graphene is without doubt rapidly developing change within the tech and product markets.

Points taken from earlier posts re news flow and RNS. We have a CEO who does report frequently, and for that I’m thankful.
Separating which topics may affect market values or just newsworthy must be tricky for this fast-moving company. CEO’s often get hammered for a lack of information so maybe covering progress in RNS keeps Tirupati on the right side of legal eagles.

There’s a lot of stones being thrown from both sides of the fence on whatever news comes in.
One positive is that through all the delays, the ups and downs, SYME is now very well known.
Any share with a large audience has the potential to be explosive, and that’s why I’m in.
