Cheers Emerson63 & Dent12 & Best wishes
Time frame seems reasonable given the capital funding spread. VeChain acting an anchor investor is interesting, more so the multiple liquidity providers including VeChain ecosystem stakeholders, cryptocurrency asset managers & direct investor liquidity pools. I'm thinking this funding route spread does offer some risk reduction, which is always welcome.
It will be fascinating to see how Vechain and SYME hone these funding sources over the coming months re phase 2.
Whatever the funding sources and its breakdown , in typical AZ style it must be a headache for those wanting to categories asset transfer. :#)
Moving on, I wonder if phase 3 now equals Web3?

Next phase of further IM`s will kick in on completion of phase 2 (a couple of months?)

Strangemartian: I agree with your concern, considering the strained relationship including the discontinued strike off between 1AF2 LTD & white amba ltd. Unfortunately, this is outside the public domain, wrong IMO given the dependence of SYME on 1AF2 Ltd & DW
Its good news today regarding the commercial cash injection but dampened by my own research archive.
The Sinopoli & Partners firm assisted 1AF2 Limited in the issue of a bond with a total value of (a shed full of dosh) 61million euros(?), which will subsequently be listed on one of the main European markets? Yer right…..lol.
Before you get to excited or depressed its an order not necessarily executed, however it does show intent.
No wonder folk are struggling to understand the syme structure. He doesn’t help him self or perhaps he does? Anyway, what a mess. It’s been in the public domain for some time so not new. Apologies if previously posted.

As an investor it’s my job to scrutinise so you may not like the above or even try to pigeonhole as a deramp?
Wrong: I want SYME to be a success whilst trying to piece together this complicated structure AZ has masterminded .
I find it most interesting, but then again as an investor I am bias.
VeChain, a versatile enterprise-grade L1 smart contract platform, recently announced a number of plans that will contribute to the project becoming fully Europe-based. The company revealed that it intends to move its headquarters to San Marino — a mountainous microstate located in north-central Italy. Other than that, it is also opening a completely new Technology Centre in Ireland, and overall, it intends to hire over 100 developers throughout Europe.
Anyone else think that some funding may be held back for WEB3 completion?
Given the IM timescale of approx. 50 days, 30 days shareholder approval + 20 days for Syme/customer sign off of binding agreement prior to capital transfer. If a IM binding agreement was announcement this week it should be finalised by Mid Dec 22 . If SYME want to include further business prior to year end, its getting tight.
GLA
My objective is to find connections between named funders from current and archive private capital organisations named by Syme.
By a process of elimination these may help separate hearsay with established connecting funding routes.
Note: This process never ends as new potential partners will be added in line with Symes continuing updates.
Best wishes

I need help with finding an Italian based bank/private capital network map.
Contacts from Telegram or investors from anywhere with time to research are most welcome.
The link below covers the EU to an extent but there are gaps.

Thanks, in anticipation.

Syme has multiple trad banking, legal, supply personnel etc.
After reading the Q&A grilling of AZ Its apparent Syme doesn’t have an onboard Blockchain/NFS, Developer/Consultant. Given our current position with Vechain, the simple question is why this area of expertise absent?
Would like to know the boards thoughts on this subject?

Cheers argo007 re article I thought so too.
Not intentionally a basher ramped or deramped post just niggling questions surrounding my humble opinion of this complex stock.
Whatever the interim results and my bar is very low, this investment and many others carry high risk, always has IMO, mainly cash burn, a killer for all disruptors, but think were good for June 23
The finance sector along with investor confidence is evident not helped by the complex structure of companies involved to make SYME.L a working entity.
Potential IM funders are out there but will only engage if it improves standards of data flow above current methods utilised . Sadly, IMO This will take longer than I first envisaged as they will analyse the recent IM protocols to reduce lending risk amongst other factors (profit) whilst navigating the fallout caused by “idiots” Central Banks broadcasting inflation was transience.
Delays re Fine tuning re Vechain is expected, bugs removed, and patches applied as web3 develops.
2023: I await the day when AZ states this is what they want, and SYME can provide it, not what he thinks they need.
It’s impossible to set timelines with SYME but one hopes that they can provide SAAS (Software as a service) in line with what Block Chain promises, which has a fast turnaround timeframe (Seconds Not 2 months). The big question outstanding is, will the data flow from the latest IM satisfy these basic requirements. If so, commercial funding will onboard, and investor confidence rise.
Yes, I’m still invested and hopefully in time be able to fund a reliable autonomous wheelchair (preferably not Italian) but not just yet.
