The issue with your comment is that 10% div is only relevant to SH's who bought in at sub £8.50, vast majority of SH's here are long term and probably have an average of approx' £15+ so in reality their yield is around 5% (less 15% WHT + FX fees) couple that with an ever diminishing SP and it's not a pretty picture at all. Personally I do not see how this SP can recover to anywhere near the value perceived by many commenters on here, what fundamemtals will change to drive the SP up 100%? Your only option is to keep investing more an more money to drive your average down but that is a very risky gamble.

Of course it's having an opinion that matters, that's what this chat board is all about, what is strange is that you think there should be a time limit or that people not invested in DISH shouldn't have an opinion.

Seems you are the idiot if you think a takeover and reverse takeover are the same. If successful the private piddly little company in the Philipines will takeover DISH and gain an expidited listing on the LSE. Have DISH provided shareholders with any kind of financials of this company? No. Have DISH provided shareholders with any info as to the strucure of this RTO? No. Can you find any detailed info for this company on the internet? No.

And what operation are you talking about that they could can? There is no operation left to can! it is just a shell company. And yes you're correct I am cynical but it certainly isn't knee-jerk it comes from experience of knowing DISH from conception and the clusterfck they made of everything. But I hope you're correct in that investors will get the opportunity to recoup some of their investment however many posters here think the SP will rocket, sadly that will not happen, probably the opposite actually. Until the market can see the audited accounts and determine the NAV shareholders will be in limbo.

Exactly the reasons why I swopped from DEC to ENOG. Just had to wait until the SP's were inline so that I could buy the same quantity of ENOG as I sold in DEC, basically just a no cost swop.

Energean has a far better chance to grow it's SP and returns a better and more secure dividend than DEC.

Completely yesterday at £8.80 which is 25% below my average, cannot see any longterm positive upside here. Used the funds today to buy Energean at £8.71 better dividend and good growth potential (barring the ME going nuclear).

What's all this talk about a takeover? DISH are not taking over anything It's a reverse takeover whereby Dish are being taken over by a private miniscule Filipino company so that the private company can bypass the lengthy and complex process of going public. If you glass half-full posters think (that if this even happens then) the SP will rocket I think you're gonna be seriousley disappointed
