I don't disagree with your comment, however my comment in reply to Marvins post is based on the current political scene in the UK whereby any companies nationalised by Labour will not be run by civil servants but by the unions.

Well the good news is the Goldman Sachs has a Buy recommendation and target price of 237p. As I take broker recommendations with a pinch of salt I also do the same with the wannabe financial advisers who post their doom and gloom predictions here.

Unfortunately Evraz cannot relist anywhere until the UK sanctions are lifted.

Your attitude condoning the wests actions and sanctions on UK shareholders would suggest that it is you who dosen't have a holding in Evraz or that you are so affluent your Evraz shares are meaningless to you.

The Russians and the Ukrainians have a choice whether to fight or not (both Zelensky and Putin could stop this stupidity tomorrow), the western governments backing ukraine have a choice to support the war or not (although while ever they're reaping the $$$$ they will keep propping up Ukraine). We the UK shareholders don't have any choice in the matter so whether we care or not about Russian or Ukrainian soldiers it dosen't make any difference. However what I and I assume the vast majority of sanctioned UK shareholders care about is their lives and livelyhood, which for many have been drasically affected or even ruined by the loss of dividends and capital value of their holding.

You should take off your rose coloured glasses and maybe then you can see it from the point of view of others. This is a pointless war propped up by the west that Ukraine cannot win and the longer it goes on the worse the outcome will be for Ukraine.

Jotom, Coggy, why don't you set up your own little chat board where you can discuss your idealogue views together and leave the rest of us to dicuss Evraz issues. No one apart from you two cares about Russia or Ukraine, what we do care about is the stupid UK sanctions being removed and getting our investment relisted.
