From highs of over 500p during 2017 to 400p now if you had been unfortunate to have bought at over 2017 then the capital loss outweighs the dividend income it is all very well if you can manage on the dividends but some people will sell because they need access to their capital or will have become frustrated at the poor share price performance and sell for that reason because they see better growth opportunities in other shares not everyone has the luxury to wait for a share price recovery which may or not happen

This dog of a share down 40p in a week dividend is just over 31p a share have to admit tulloch does not seem suitable for the job hard to see when the next meaningful rise will take place

ftse 100 to open lower today will probably finish at 148p today

will be going sub 150p tomorrow could not even post a rise of 1p after a 6p fall this is a sure way to lose your capital being invested in taylor wimpey

berkerley and bellway are also doing well today tw just cannot post a rise but this baby knows how to fall

hello tom tw is the worst performing builder of the big three again persimmom and bdev up nicely the rise in tw very small as you say after the drastic fall on friday that is why i was so fed up with tw before and sold up as there was no real recovery after drastic falls but i cant understand a stock yielding twelve per cent has no demand from institutional investors and private investors
