RE: Undersubscribed !6 Jul 2020 15:00
For a company that is already cashed up, would a less dilution through an undersubscribed placing be a bad thing? Not in my book?
I invested due to the revenue generation from its core business and now covid related products.
Sentiment can change on a dime and any news related to CE approval or sales orders can send this the other way and fast.
A fully diluted ODX would have a £71m market cap at 40p, based on what the market currently knows before they attain the next important milestones, imo, this is around fair value but due a bounce from close to an oversold position
Sentiment will return and the book will get stronger once the II’s have rebalanced. It’s in their interest to keep some powder dry to provide liquidity when sentiment changes, as the forthcoming news is the big one.
