If a claim of sufficient magnitude to provide any meaningful compensation were to succeed would you be able to collect, i.e. does RT have sufficient wealth and if you bankrupt HUR what value remains will go to the bondholders.

Utterly pointless

Certain posters on this board were posting figures on the OWC prior to the rns which were rather surprisingly similar, if not the same as the revised OWC now provided by the Company following the technical review. Were they getting inside information.
Who outside HUR had access to the data?

HUR have always said that gas reinjection was an option. It is just the least preferred option. The Lincoln tie back has not been ruled out so it remains a possibility and if it is sanctioned HUR will benefit from Spirits 50% contribution to the cost of connection to the WOS gas pipeline .
