Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
You may be correct, but hopefully only to the satisfaction of the board if a deal is incoming, personally to extend the EA again, is pushing it IMHO with regard to the time already taken as shown on previous RNS’s. If you wanted X, (now obvious)but knew the Chinese may also want X, with all the news flow on copper, would you leave it to expiry? Our deal specialists are 6 weeks in now...time is money.
Arc Minerals is pleased to announce that its two subsidiaries, Zamsort and Zaco, have signed a confidentiality and 6 month exclusivity agreement with a subsidiary of Anglo American ("Anglo American") in respect of its copper exploration licenses in Zambia.
During the exclusivity period, Anglo American will be permitted to conduct a technical review which, if satisfactory, may result in an extension of the exclusivity and the negotiation of a commercial transaction.
Arc Minerals announces that, following the Exclusivity Agreement signed with Anglo American (as announced in an RNS on 14 July 2020), the Company has been informed that Anglo American has completed its technical review and will be submitting specific due diligence queries in respect of the Zamsort and Zaco companies.
Arc Minerals ("Arc") announces that it has received a formal notice from Anglo Exploration Zambia Ltd ("Anglo American") dated 6 January 2021 that, following due diligence, it is sufficiently satisfied to give notice to conduct negotiations in respect of a commercial transaction. prior to the expiry of the extended exclusivity period of 180 days, commencing in January 2021.
Nice....
Thanks to earache on ORPH - possibility?
Both new companies to go into SPC who's name will change again (maybe to ORPH Pharma Ltd).
DiM to go into ORPH Pharma IP Ltd - listed as an active company.
Imutex to list on Nasdaq. Seek to pay half the costs and open a US office to gain Phase 3 funding.
ORPH Pharma Ltd - listed as dormant but at some point to become the holding company into which all OO group company pre tax profits (inc. from spin outs) are fed prior to going off shore. Jarvis nominees hold 24% of SPC (where did that come from? - no apparent connections to Peterhouse or any of the founding shareholders but between them hold >40%) and Jarvis have active facilities in Switzerland and BVI. All speculative and imho as good a guess as any until the next RNS drops.
The only connection currently is that CF running the show at ORPH has taken around 5% here and has freely confirmed in his last presentation that they wish to dispose of 3 non core assets, the easiest way potentially to list is via a SPAC....he also confirmed time wise one would be around now...
So the question is which one would most likely suit and warrant the 3 million on our balance sheet on a reverse if any?
To be honest I don’t mind what he reverses, he knows a thing or two about business
Coincidence though? Let’s see
Sunday March 28 2021 - Financial Times have picked up the story of Open Orphan looking to spin of non core assets...

Just as a matter of interest, might mean something, probably means nothing but you never know...

Appear a few have been adding this afternoon....
Delighted to enter today below 27p thought I’d missed my entry after it raced away towards 50pence. Happy to hold until those milestones are achieved. This looks the real deal to me after DD. GLA
I guess CCAP struggle to reverse has wobbled a few into selling, but they only had a small amount of cash hence them trying to raise 6M now. We are in a much stronger position with 3M cash and 5 months to complete a deal. Though personally I feel CF won’t need that long, not by a long chalk IMHO...
Well the good news is there is no volume so the churn appears done. Now all we need is some other bodies or II who want to buy, on Friday it moved up 7 percent on very low volume, imagine if someone wants 5 percent or more...tick tock.
Presumably you would not action the options RNS until the rest of the deal was confirmed, cutting your nose off to spite your face comes to mind otherwise, and nobody is that daft with other interested parties floating around.
1 billion active users per month, so based after all costs receiving only 100th of a penny they would receive £100,000 per month. But I hope they receive much more than that.
The big question to me is how many times do they stream using the service, my niece lives on tick Tok and does serval videos every single day, so number of users could be multiplied several times over regarding fee model I suggest if based on your stream model.
1,000,000,000. Divide by 100 pence in a pound equals 10,000,000 divide by 100 again equals £100,000
You never know... I still want to know where Paul Langworthy is, what’s keeping him busy, I am hoping the papers pick it up the weekend.
