Why not just read the scheme document and the section around page 54 that has a table of how shareholder rights will vary plus the risk section of the scheme document.

As for Cross listing intricacies, there is an abundance of free information online, also plenty on ggpchat.co.uk.

You're never explained how you came to your target SP which somehow remained unchanged despite the deal and post consolidation will now be £17.60. So surely, now that 88p would be many multiples with revenue from Hav and Telfer as sole owners vs just 30% ownership of Havieron?

That is unless you were able to predict the deal 4 years ago - sole ownership of both Telfer and Hav, other Paterson interests held and all related details and a 20:1 consolidation, in which case old boy, you are a genius - but your calcs were based on the JV. Of course, no one has seen your calcs, as mystical as the Easter Bunny huh?

But I think we all know what you are - stick to your P&D and fantasy wealth all you want, anyone perusing your chat history can see the inconsistency and BS but it's very amusing. Amusing both for how wealthy you pretend to be and then for the assumption that being richer than other folk means you are a better human being. GGP MK 2 certainly is delivering , a pivotal year has been getting off to a great start 😃

Firstly:

- iI you have 20 shares at £1 then your shares are worth £1 each - so £20 overall.

- After a 20 to 1 consolidation, you now have 1 share but it is worth £20 - so no loss.

Secondly:

- The merits of consolidating to better reflect our peers on ASX have been discussed in previous interviews, podcasts and detailed in corporate presentations etc.

- Just a bit of basic research will help anyone not clear understand these benefits.

Thirdly:

- The market seems to have reacted well to the RNS, albeit we were expecting a good day for other reasons too.

In terms of understanding partnership agreements and lock in with Newmont etc. it is all detailed in the aim admission doc (Page 45)

Hi Bamps, didn't like the staff rumour either but change is rarely received well with an established workforce and perhaps they're having to work harder than accustomed to in last few years might be a factor...

Wiltshireman, you can look at the process on ASX site and been discussed plenty of times Inc. research on GGPChat.

And as Jerry says and also my experience, the more questionable AIM type companies misuse consolidation but I've never experienced any issues or negatives with other consolidations.

Wiltshireman, consolidation has been discussed and planned for ages in interviews, podcasts and even in corporate Comms material.

You can in theory apply for a waiver against the 20 cents ASX threshold but ultimately another key reasons stated constantly has been reduction of shares to align with ASX peers once listed on ASX.

It is a dead cert at this stage unless something fundamentally changes the mind of the management team, which seems unlikely.

Hi doozer, yep it's harder if I still have mortgages on them still, I don't have mortgages on mine so less painful but like most things successive governments making it harder generally for entrepreneurial types and EPC upgrades will cost me though so some thinking to do but wouldn't touch new builds either personally.

I was just curious as Speedy didn't seem keen on property any longer from previous posts I thought so wasn't clear if he meant his past rotation or whether he would return to property.

I'm currently in PRS and open minded about staying or leaving sector in the next decade given all the impending and current changes personally.

Hi sinter, I don't think the TG group caused them to formulate these plans from scratch as a record of behaviour and close links amongst this group already existed as is the case in this space to some extent.

I think the plans have been ongoing for a while as AIM became less attractive to raise funds and the assets will likely move into other vehicles on ASX where they can continue doing what they do, which is where opinions may vary.

The question to always ask IMO is could another team have made better decisions and progress than the current team.

Intentions and motivations of this team seem to me questionable now, but opinions may vary. Focus also seems to be on exciting newer investors using the narratives that were used with LTH previously.

While u two pair of sad angry drunks have been drunk posting I've been exercising, health is wealth after all.

Maybe you two should try something more productive than being angry and drunk all of the time trying to convince everyone how savvy and successful you are and what a bunch of losers we all are.

Folk tend to listen more when not being preached or shouted at, as long as you have something of worth to say.

I do clash with the bully boys and filth on these boards but I've provided a heck of a lot of effort into collaboration too and really enjoyed meeting other folk in person or online, as I always do in life.
