Hi Tom, 1 and 2 are critical to us going mining mate.
3 to 5 have been put in as Shaun says if going to votes then always renew this function and would have been included in AGM coming up anyway for a further 12 months but he stated no plans to do anything requiring new issuance of shares in the near term. I feel it became a distraction though and should have just left 1 and 2 in....
1 and 2 are the ones we need to go forward on Friday ;-)

Albeit balanced against inflation impact but PFS had some inbuilt buffer and go look at these notes for inflation management by NCM.
Macro Tailwinds have bogged us down for awhile but perhaps abating...some sign of headwinds emerging perhaps now?

Used to run a Market and Business Intel company for a few years with a close mate, corporate rat race wasn't doing it for me at 30 years old so WTF, we saw a niche opportunity and went for it and learnt along the way.
My mate went rogue along the way after a few years... a story of high drama and treason for a stormy night over a few drinks when you can tell me about your mining days perhaps!
So plenty of background in researching and analysing industries and products/services at times very techie or scientific and also working as a business consultant often involved in projects but never ever related to mining sector whatsoever, don't have any geo/engineering background mate.
I just like to give something back for all the hard work done by others here by sharing the stuff I was looking into is all :-)

Its a DFS - it needs to be very accurate and conservative as much for our sakes as Newcrest shareholders mate.
The decline did experience issues and had to be redesigned and inflation has and may continue to be a serious concern despite any in-built facility in the PFS- so the report will factor these in - we're subject to the same cost pressures as our soon to be peers but when it comes to comparative analysis - I feel we'll still kick butt with the kind of competitive advantages Havieron has shown in many regards from cost to recovery rates and growth funded by the SLOS mine.
Shaun and co will be cross-checking everything and will relay any concerns they may feel - but I really don't think NCM are that unprofessional, they know more than most about developing and operating mines - that report will be studied by their financial partners as well as ours - it needs to be airtight.
The DFS isn't a marketing brochure, it's a seriously important document to ensure that Havieron will be economically feasible in even very difficult circumstances in the year ahead. It doesn't matter if the first ore isn't pushed forward into 2023 yet, if the pace continues as we think it is, they'll hit the ore body before 2024 and it will have the required affect.
