Always be vigilant and put time and effort into your investing decisions so my advice is to make sure you understand the resolutions and don't blindly follow advice off posters of this board or the BOD's recommendation.

If you understand the resolutions then vote, if you don't, make the time to understand instead of needing them explained by someone biased one way or the other :-)

- if you agree with the funding framework for GGP to cover our share of Havieron development cost then Resolutions 1 & 2 are a yes for you.
- If you are happy to give the BOD the authority for further issuance of shares (up to a third more) then again Resolutions 3-5 are a yes for you.

- The first two are critical as hinge on whether Shaun can use the funding deal he has arranged as per the last RNS's.
- The last 3 can be requested again at the December AGM although many feel it would tie Shaun's hands in making any deals in future as he would need to gain approval and also allows rivals to get wind of his moves but others suggest he can always call another GM very quickly to put forward any deal for consideration.

I am guessing Ben is thinking Shaun may be more open in person, off camera than the official answers given although TBF he seems as stumped as rest of us.
Only the management team at Newcrest have the true answer and official response was the price tag measured against hurdle rate returns did not match standards set on their corporate fiscal policy.
Go check their latest presentation at Denver, they seem to be anchoring more decisions on these since the new CFO Sherry joined.
I personally think they decided that amount of money was better spent on the Headwater Gold farm in to try and repeat the same success had with initial Havieron farm in as their startegical positioning is heavily targeted on growth in that region currently.

And I also had the EG question as we'll be talking 10-15 years perhaps to explore and develop a project like that with massive capital required?
Most of our near term and active opportunities are linked to NCM at mo, Hav, Juri and Scally IMO really is best pulled into some kind of deal with them to leverage Telfer and agree better terms overall surely... and what Shaun has signposted in past.
I'm heavily in favour of Shaun going for a full or joint purchase with perhaps multiple parties of an operating asset or two in conjunction to developing projects solo over the next 5-10 years.
Quickest route to growth and hence SP recovery is an aggressive inorganic strategy IMO and that is what these new partners and directors are going to bring I feel, a great deal of opportunities and access to capital.
BUT you can't do that without taking on more debt and perhaps dilution, I'm willing to go that route after reflection and looking into Wyloo, Andrew Forrest and the new directors and potential scenarios that might arise.
I don't expect the next few years to be boring as in a way we know what to expect with Havieron now - there will be plenty of new chess pieces entering the board IMO.

There are only so many questions Shaun can answer on the 28th in a 2 hour window so trying to collate a list of questions that Shaun and GGP team can peruse before and after the event to help them gain a general perspective on how shareholders feel and what concerns/questions are commonplace since the latest developments:

All I can say is that however you feel - PLEASE take the time to vote as if you look at the numbers who bothered in the past for the AGM, pretty clear the vast majority of shareholders didn't bother.
We all spent our hard earned money to own shares and have our say in these matters and it's important we have these opportunities to vote for key events surely?
I don't agree that someone should automatically support every resolution put forward unless they WANT to or if they don't agree with board recommendations that they should sell their shares.....
Blind trust is never a good thing - nor is blind cynicism, I'd try and take a less emotive and more analytical approach to this key moment in the future of GGP. It is how I am approaching it personally.
You should vote for all of them IF that's how you feel after thinking things through OR split your votes as you see fit, at the end of the day the majority will own the decisions and let's hope that we collectively come to the right decisions in the long run.
I certainly don't want a process that never allows me a say in a critical matter such as the structure of a funding agreement for our only project with near term revenue potential and also what level of control I grant over further issuance of shares.

I think they must pursue every channel they can and have evidenced this for the BIT claim to proceed.
From my understanding this was always going to be a very lengthy process if no settlement deal, so kind of prepared for that.
Could be funding too of course, an update is due TBF.
