IMO - you don't drop so much just on funds exiting and shorting due to outflow from the sector in a company heavily held by retail still, also means retail investors at various times capitulated at higher price points and were replaced by new buyers. The shareholder meets are not a balanced representation of a wide variety of opinions for obvious reasons, you must have belief in a company to put aside time in working hours and personal time travelling back home for those of us not retired.

50/50 ratio of retail/Insto seems a somewhat political message by Shaun, would insto's be keen on that? You bet his presentations to Insto's differs and he assures them that the company will have a less volatile shareholder base in future with more insto backing - just business and targeted marketing to different audiences :-)

The strategy is set, 2023 and going into 2024 will show if Shaun and the team can execute and deliver on their promises. I'm an investor and not a 'Greatlander 'as if this is a football team - if GGP perform as a business I'll stay invested post 2024 or I'll exit eventually if they don't as I'll not be as understanding of poor performance of SP if we are in good sector sentiment, which I fully expect we will be by then on my current thesis for macro.

No excuses 2024 onwards for me and I expect to see serious ground made post DFS/DTM into production with SP, make my money work for me will be the message. There are plenty of opportunities in bear markets so Shaun is no doubt aware in order to retain astute investors the pressure will be on soon - he has shown he shines when it is - so I remain VEY optimistic about GGP but the proof as always is in the pudding :-))

NCM's Head of IR (unless some miscommunication) is indicating in two separate emails I have seen that NCM are moving to just annual R&R updates in Aug. However - this doesn't mean NCM won't include an R&R update in the DFS whenever that is due in Q2 - just seems to indicate NCM aren't publishing an update in mid feb.

The question forming in my head is exactly how closely GGP are being involved/informed in all things related to Hav as the relationship needs to be closer than it appears to be from my perspective despite assurances from Shaun since the option exercise was concluded, minimal joint messaging coming out still - this will need to change moving forward.

Yes, can confirm it's a legit response that 2 different people have shared in TG.

Based on yesterday's AGM, we can assume that means GGP will be publishing their own as Shaun stated yesterday, will email the company although assume they are already planning one as surely they know of this already if NCM's head of IR is happy to share via email...

Hi Panama, totally agree , still feel the DTM is a given and 100% sure that Havieron will be brought to production as soon as it can and you don't advertise for jobs just for the hell of it, seen nothing to suggest otherwise.

We'll see if NCM are playing ball in mid feb when they should give us a new Hav resource and reserve update, it'll be a good barometer of 'strategic alliance' I reckon, I do have that list of why I'm sure about the DTM being nailed on.. just in case you need a reminder lol

As to what yourself and Panama are discussing, the resource update in Feb not being released by NCM made sense, why push up the price tag for 5% of Havieron for themselves...so that made sense from NCM's perspective. And you're right - NCM in driving seat and not us but I would consider not releasing a resource update in mid feb again an aggressive move as why would they delay as data cut-off is in 2022 surely so assumed they are working on this already.

We're sprinting with Havieron and perhaps as with decline it leads to errors and a redesign so they want more time to do things properly now we have secured funding but after today do wonder if early 2023 becoming Q2 2023 for the DFS is required as we've not been hinted at to expect a 2nd decline or hoist in mining plan and leaves 7 months potentially if published end of may to the window for commercial production from 2024 beginning, does it hold up anything besides DTM as surely the DTM is required for certain mine approvals to be granted by the govt?

I don't know as never been involved in mining but we need to see what NCM are next saying about the potential commercial production start date etc. closely. You'd have to start looking at continual delays moving forward as a bit nefarious tbh as they're advertising for long-term staff continually for a start so commercial production seems on schedule, you need mutual trust and respect to be mining for decades together so we need to see signs of structural alignment building in the months ahead IMO.

It was a question I submitted about 43m 30secs in about the MRE Resource updates usually being expected in mid feb from NCM and he does reply that if NCM don't release one then GGP may likely release their own resource update again :-)

DFS as PG says does now seem mooted for Q2 in 2023 - around 45m 40 secs in where Shaun indicates this.

Well well well Freddie - so you were disciplined at last - good to know. I did contact LSE directly last Wednesday demanding to know why they were allowing you to repeatedly post my personal details against their own rules about sharing personal information of either ourselves or other members when I had already reported numerous posts and you were obviously not being discouraged from doing so.

THAT is what you were banned for, stop trying to twist this into 'free speech' - you repeatedly broke the rules without the behaviour being curtailed - I gently reminded them of their obligations in regard to data protection etc.
