The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
At the AGM Vlad stated they would not do an RNS for recieving the letter as that is not news just information allowing them to identify the areas of the IND that need addressing.
They also stated that they would not be deatailing the contents of said letter in an RNS either as it is classified information.
Haha and sorry ConsDoms predictive text is a killer eh
Thanks Condoms,
The point I'm making I'd like to hope alot of us can see is that to actually have an interest that means we are enthused to learn and understand the actual science of what is being pursued and to investigate then the market and the potential HEMO has within its industry.
I had ALCL not AML but I understand what extensive chemotherapy can have on a person and what unsuccessful bone marrow transplants mean. I'm 29 so pretty excited to see what this means for other people have access too within my lifetime. I had treatment over 4 and a half years and experienced such as a child and teenager.
To reiterate it is fascinating the science behind CAR-T and what that can mean for patients and back to HEMO even the development of CBR. These are the two assets that specifically interest me and it would be fantastic if people actually did research and learnt how to understand what it is that they are actually doing on practical and clinical level.
I would not usually divelge information that personalised myself but it's so boring for the likes of us who are really interested to read the same rubbish over and over again. This company is genuinely exploring incredible things and not only that but on the verge of not exploring but having clinical applications. No more R and D real life impact.
That's me for it and I looking forward to HEMOs future and yes hopefully also mine for making a wise investment early on that will also better me later in life.
Apologies few grammatical errors predictive text eh
Just jumping in to say I'm looking forward to how things develop too and honestly can't wait for so many reasons to see HEMO go clinical with their CAR-T therapy because it's incredible and fascinating. I had a stemcell transplant (Bone marrow transplant) when I was younger and no, it wasn't successful and nearly ended up in a hospice but for god send reasons didn't. I had multiple round of chemo, various types of chemo and know that it is super toxic and impacts people beyond remission into later life especially if you have been a child/teenager whilst receiving such treatments. The affect on you can be significant. I find it fascinating, the actual science that is and I wish other people on here just had the same enthusiasm and interest in what HEMO are about and trying to achieve. Generally just how fantastic this world is. For once people should do their research. People on this board day it time and time again and we are all so board of uninformed people either chatting rubbish or just not actually looking into the places they want to invest.
I was at the AGM today for a wee while and I'm as content now than I ever have been.
I hope for great things.

Pumpky reel it in won't you. Go it alone nonsense. We know they are partnering with a large pharma. It's been spoken about and discussed and arrangements have been put in place. We will find out once the IND news has been verified. Go it alone is such a throwaway lazy comment. Come on mate.
I am psyched !
Jameslee love this thanks for putting this up. This is sort of what I was going for the other day trying to find some relative comparisons cause it really puts it into perspective. I couldn't care less about market cap currently because if HEMO progress how we expect it's gonna blow a huge hole and honestly cannot wait when that happens!

Right then, what do we think the craic is gonna be regarding Peel then? We should find out Tuesday really. Another extension and I will be flabbagasted at how ridiculous it has become. If they agree it means cash injection but at the same time I would not want us to wait for them to continue green washing and dragging there dosile feet. If we get rid of them it would be positive to hear developments of other projects independent of the UK and even EU. Potentially further information in AUS. Thoughts anyone? It's been quiet and boring for a while now.
Why Me I'm pretty sure it was there on the rise back in January no?
Hey there,
I had a response from the BDCF,
They said the award winners will be announced shortly.
Dear Mr. +++++,
Thank you for your explanation. We plan on announcing the award through our website in the coming weeks. Please refer to...
So no news is good news for me atm.
Hi people,
So I emailed the Biodefense Commercialisation Fund hoping to find out when and who was on the awards list.
Sadly haven't managed to get a list and this is what I got back:
Dear Mr. ++++++++,
Thank you for contacting us.
If you were an applicant, please provide the title on the application, who the lead was, and the email address.
Thank you.
Not comfortable trying to blah my was through this so I can't really tell if the announcement has been made to the successful applicants or not. Anyway, I'm sure will find out shortly. With regards to HEMO not totally sure but I'm more interested in the CAR-T developments currently as I know CBR has alot more work needed people power and money behind it as stated by Vlad so.
If anyone else has any luck sourcing any information would love to hear.
Ciao for now
I've scanned about the place and it seems to me that the winners of the 2023 fund have still not been announced so wait and see if that is or is not a thing until the announcement.
