It seems to me with a stand alone Ktz pro rata Ebitda of c $400m and effectively 4 x debt coverage this would look like a $2bn valuation (Even at 5 x mult). Assuming resolution of Div and with Debt = EV for Russia sale with no additional Group benefit , this look like a 100% plus on the current value. In addition there must be cash accumulating until such point for future Divi to Ktz. Just Imho but would welcome other views

Thanks all on LSE who responded. IR from Poly have confirmed no deadline. Hopefully when passport arrives i can then proceed. Who knows we might even get a Divi by then ! Only reason to go through all this. GLTA

I have finally secured some of my Certs from broker and finally II have confirmed transfer in from HL and request of registration for certs after nearly 5 weeks !. Can I please just clarify if there is any deadline to register on Tabys apart from impact on Dividend (not immediate anyway I suspect). Unfortunately I am also awaiting passport renewal for similar time so Tabys more difficult !.

My certs from Barclays took < 10 days but suspect as we get closer to deadline at end of June it may take longer.

All Poly / HL holders doing transfer to II to get Certs for Tabys

I set up with II on 25th May so I could get certs out as HL not willing but II confirmed they could

Subsequently II have told me in written comms they are not supporting transfers.

Challenged as request in before 30th even though processing commenced 31st May, therefore after push back they will honour it

Therefore may take is post 30th May you are out of luck with II.

@Foor I am unsure on HL position. I understood they will not issue paper certs. I wanted to register on Tabys & then see re AIX as not sure how HL will handle the Russian element of split.

Set up II account to transfer so I could then request cert by deadline but II have now said they won't support transfer !

May have to leave in limbo in HL & hope for the best re Russia split .......

I held a tranche in HL ISA for long term and some in another broker to trade. Broker is sending Certs. Now requested transfer from HL to broker (for most of the rest) so I can also gain Certs. Left small amount inside ISA wrapper but not willing to risk majority with so many unknowns (especially R&K split) without potential to move quickly versus future management via Tabys & then broker

Hello again @ Cider King. I am following the same path. I know others did not understand why not wait for transfer re ref around ISA

1. My non ISA now certs are in the post and gone form account

2. ISA in HL being transferred to ISA II so I can get the certs. Certs then for both (avoid issue of being isolated and any risk from split anyway which we know is part of the plan Poly R v Poly K)

3. Register on Tabys per process

4. Review brokers & register

Apart from the loss if ISA wrapper which may not exist anyway does anyone have alternative view on HL ISA apart from take risk of holding in isolation and hope of no impact from split.

The really pain point is HL not issuing paper certs unless this has changed ??

I am simply creating Cert option up to 30th June instruction. Simply not an option in HL who point blank refused.

Should i choose I simply balance other risk v tax position.

II confirmed as follows just now:

1) purchases until 30th June

2) Paper certs until 30th June for request

3) Selling until 7th July

They are taking ISA to ISA transfer on Poly and my request in progress. I am using II not HL so I can request paper cert after decision and not lose wrapper..

One outstanding question is does anyone know if they will hold in II post delist for Divi ?.

Share certs on non HL account requested 22nd May and registrar confirmed today will complete no later than 30th May with certificates to follow. Shame HL not as capable / willing to help

@Ciderking, that is helpful. I will kick off today, but still cannot understand why other brokers have understood issue but HL are not helpful at all. given it was a FTSE 100 Co. so must have many impacted. I will end up will full transfer of all ISAs and while I am only 1 PI I hope others will follow. HL not good on Woodford (I was not directly impacted ) and now this !

Opened an II account whom I understand will issue paper certs so covered when registering on AIX for Divi and can then open if needed AIX brokerage account.

Has anyone else managed to secure paper certs having moved from HL (as they won't issue paper certs) to II transfer. I understand it will take up to 6 weeks for partial or full transfer so would probably run into timing challenge ?.

HL have just giving me a holding email until 30th May

@redmoor, my thoughts exactly re HL. From my interactions with them they have no consideration of how to enable customers / shareholders to get to a solution. I was due to deploy a chunk of funds to their platform. They will only get the message when customer move to other more supportive providers e.g II. My only worry is having enough time to transfer HL to II and requesting paper Cert. Typically takes up to 30 days

@JohnNth. HL does not help with not issuing paper cert. I have been through and will register others with Tabys after 30th May , but stuck with HL. Has anyone else found solution with HL who want to hold for divi / then sell shares. HL had no answer on Divi when I spoke with them.

One route I am pursuing dependant upon requirements. AIX has Poly already so looking to transfer HL holding as no paper cert option.

If account not needed then just post vote then just the hassle, but expect they will re-list given sanctions and shareholder base ....

I think you are right but there will be a significantly higher volume of shares if a number of LSE registered holders migrate.

Re-rating with spread I think will be challenge. I am in for the Divi for longer term but still a risk like any.
