Id say ,imo ,we are looking over a 10bag few days after opening, allowing for top slicers snd profit takers to exit,for anyone who bought in lower than pre suspension.

I guesstimate that with Tulips share and £6m we will have 2.7b shares ,at 1.2p market cap £30m ,in line with my previous opinion pf between £28-38m .
This has a aay to go after opening,again imo,doubling to 2.5p or more.

Why people worry about 10-1 consolidation, it doesnt make any difference to your value in money ,raise will come first at 1.2p then cosolidation ,if that is the price.

Im not interested in any more updates on top of whats been publicised ,i want to see the result and im sure all others do too.

3 weeks after a raise is quiet a long time but i have a feeling the bod will use that time to further promote the company for an opening bounce.

I am led to understand there is also healthy interest from Germany who have been heaviest hit by Russian embargo.

£22m raised for 50%% share of 2c 30mbo at 2.6p for 840m shares for buffalo .Price or oil on the day was $65 pb.

Beacon has 2c 22mbo and raising fraction of that at £6m because the cost is much lower.

Beacon has 3 x more shares in issue but 50% more 2c resources at 30% higher price of oil pb.

Surely it has to be equal price of 2.6p or higher

What is interesting to me and im sure to other investors in the £6m raise is if ,according to report from Tennyson who thenselves would have had lots pf info compiled to go on ,that at $12 out of the ground value is $55 and 121m @ $65 pbo then add another $20 at $85pbo.Figures then become very interesting.

It makes oil revenue in the billions not its value .Value Tennyson makes is what it is worth after costs .I think they are valuing it at $12pb and deducting other costs and then 50% .
For example if oil price is $20 and costs of producing it is $60 then value is zero .ie no point in drilling.

This is my second shell transformation in 3 years .With Attis we were given 3p for every 1p held in Attis ,it floated at 2.85p and went up to 28p after.

I am more optimistic on this due to oil being proven to be in place .With HE1 it had less than 10% chance of any discovery due to helium being extremely porous,it has a shelf life of a month even in a metal container.

My opinion in this is £28 to £38mcap on float then anywhere from £50 to £150m after.

Tennyson values it at $55m for the 2b 3.85mbbl and $121m forr the 2c 22mbb at $65 l,thats the valuation not revenue .
You can att another 30% to that if you wish on today's $85 price .
The company is aiming for 800bopd this year and 4000bopd by 2025.
Those figures to me suggests what i would consider potentially a mid cap in a couple of years.
The market loves to see potential ,sometimes even potentual drives the price better than what is current.

Angus energy paid £15m for 49% of saltfleet gas which has 2p reserves of gas equivalent to 3mbbl in oil .Institutions are happily investing in it at 1.65p and Angus has 3.5b shares on the market.
BCE has 4mbbol and currently with Rhein energys 33% added 2.25b shares

I am cautiously excited.

Its the dilution we should be interested in ,less the better.
Consolidation does not change the amount of our investment only the amount of shares we hold .

If oversubscribed the price will be set higher and dilution will be lower ,they will sell less shares to get the amount of money raised.
Going on the prospectus it looks great for a tiny small cap and i expect it to be over subscribed.The price will dip on the day of flaot due to profit taking but it should then double few days after.

On a serious note ,its not possible to put a price on the shares due to not knowing the amount of total shares that will be on the market but i would say in my opinion a market value between £28m to £38m on opening .
