It was said by CEO LB the bod would have this done by November 2022 in an interview i saw ,how nicely that they have been rewarded with wages in shares for the 6 more months it dragged on for .
Makes me wonder how honest the bods intentions were.

I feel like i have been to a magic show with this deal where i have had the carpet pulled from under my feet and fell on dog poop.

Its no magic tho and just tricks in ky opinion.

We will see on the 11th April on the opening market value if my opinion by chance is close.

In my opinion the buyers who knew the price was 0.11p know they have a 3 bagger on the 11th of April but of the bod had put a price of say 0.25p then only 4 billion shares would be on basis of £25 million market cap lth would have had 0.6p open .

We will see on 11th April what their game was in my opinion.

No chance of it getting to 1p now ,theres nearly 11billion shares up from 1.5 billion.
If they had put a price on the primary bid say at 0.25p more people would have applied but they cleverly said give us £500 amd we will give you some shares. No one buys stuff like that anywhere. Its like going to a shop where the teh offer is give us £50 and we will give you something from the store.

In my opinion this was done to put people off applying in order to dilute it to 11billion shares ,this is my opinion .

When no one aplied on primary bid then it was all up in the air for mates rates.Again just my opinion only .

The company is worth 28 to 38 m and that is what i think the opening value will be and it was sold at mates rates for half price..and yes this is my opinion only .
I could of course be totally wrong as its only my opinion.

The bod is now purposly delaying the process, there are two reasons, one they are taking this to the line to strong arm lth to buckle to peanuts or they have a big fish in the net.

I hope were not in for knife in the back.This comoany with teh reserves is worth 2p before dilution.

I agree ,they need to get their act together ,i understand its a new company ,new bod and they need to integrate but they need to work better than this

Out of the £6m ,over £1.5m has already been taken by Tulip,their bod and and BCE bod.

£4.5m out on offer and there are companies who want all of it .Its over subscribed.

Hundreds of pis applied and only from the tiny pool of posters on here one posted as appliying for £4k and i applied for another £10 k .

According to Buzzyliar the primarybid offer has another 14 days to go and clontarf are putting 800k in but no one has bought any shares.

They will need to sell 600m shares to raise £6m net ,add on top Tulios 33% will bring hrand total iver 1b shares.We get totally nailed with this.

Let me give another view to show how crap this would be.

Buffalo drill : 840m shares sold at 2.6p to raise £22m for 50% share of 2c 30mbo ,oul price then was $63pb.An expensive ofshore drill .

Rhein drill: 2P 4mbo and 2C 23mbo total :27mbo ,An onshore cheaper drill with $85bpo .

If the bod tbink 1.2p is a transformational drill to sell to me its a con.
