Absolutely BoD, good luck on your increased holding, I would not be surprised to see an engulfing candle tomorrow (not a prediction). There's more reason for this to move up than there has been for it to move down, there's been a lot of appetite to buy up these shares.

Garonne, you are getting close to the green bin. Nothing like AFC and ITM do not need to do anything soon, the news is already there, the revenue is coming as shown by the RWE stacks being delivered.

@Jeff - surely just dilution from the rights issue? AFC just sold 225 Million shares according to the RNS 17th July now 942320000 shares in issue so before the placing 717320000.

I make Helikon short 943320000 x 0.0259 = 24406088

Before placing 717320000 x 0.0322 = 23097704

I'm sure there's some rounding errors in there but doesn't look to me like they've reduced, if they have only be a million but I don't see it.

Thank you cureboy - 73 posts today (74 including this one) and your post here is the only one with truly useful new information - presumably the ongoing delivery of stacks will be revenue producing, helping ITM to continue to be cash generative, even though accounting rules won't allow the profit to be formally recognised in the accounts until the contract is fully fulfilled.

I've not posted anything on your posts - I've already previously demonstrated that your entire thesis is based on the sunk-cost logical fallacy. You are doubling-down on that now by blaming the current management team for the failures of the previous management that have been well understood while failing to acknowledge their achievements or strategies for success.

The past is irrelevant the only thing that matters at any point in time is whether the balance of probabilities is for success or failure moving forward. My assessment is for success. We only have 3.5 weeks to wait for a guidance update and if it is positive then anyone listening to negativity today will experience the sunk-cost fallacy intimately. Likewise, if it is less than positive it will be experienced in reverse. But that is the inherent gamble.

What decline? 105% up over 6 months. Absolute twaddle. An investor has a much longer horizon and ignores short-term volatility when there is no reason of any substance driving it.

True NewKOTB, I think that was lazy articulation on my part - I was meaning, confirmation of the better than originally forecast cash position from a results perspective and then hopefully positive forward guidance as the bit that the market will likely be focusing on.

They are just shorting the top and buying the bottom the same as a trader will try to buy the bottom and sell out at the top. The share will oscillate now until the results in August or until some other news turns up earlier if it does. Then if the results are as good as we hope it should re-test £1 and if they are as dire as some suspect it will drop. Then is the time to re-evaluate. Not now. Just ignore the noise.

@bonxie - depends on what costs have been assumed or not accounted for. It relies on perpetuation of reliance on fossil fuel, with associated costs of location and extraction, there is no large scale provable CCS in existence it is all myth and the resource is ultimately finite in any case even if one discounts the negative environmental effects.

I won't make predictions but most of what you posted makes sense - why I posted the other day about taking the time to understand market behaviour, so that one knows one's enemy. In general to all, stop chasing Dopamine hits, it ends in tears.
