I can only assume it`s because the POG is still dropping currently standing at $1236/oz and early this week it was at $1300 ! I am reading so many conflicting reports and forecasts as to where we are going - who knows !! its a gamble just like AIM. The main cause seems to be attributed to an improving US economy and the FED caliming that they will slow down QE by the end of the year. This led to a big sell off and now we also "apparently" have a slow down in demand from China and India. (India having also incresed import tax on gold). However, US and European debt remains very high and economic growth is fragile to say the least - so a re-bound could happen at any point and the speed of the decline seems almost manufactured. Our cost price is circa $900/oz so we have a bit of a margin, but one can only hope that this onslaught stops soon !

Did anyone get an opportunity to listen in and pick up anything new or progressive ?

Any thoughts as to why SM is doing this at this time ? Missed H1 targets as per the Proactive investor presentation ? We still have two weeks left in June but I can't see all of this happening. Eropoxen Aussie start, Indian results, India SC 11b start, CF trial commence, new product based deal? Still have faith but the Russian and Indian partners are Slow, Slow, Slow.

The RNS does refer to a likely need to fund raise ad I am sure that this will be on the ack of a US listing. We will have any meaningful income in the next 18-24 months while front running candidates complete trails.? I think dilution is very likely to happen in view of projected expenditure over the next 12-18 months. Any thoughts fellow Xens ?

I see that Jan has now joined XTR as CEO. Looking at the SP there, the market likes it.

Ref News flow H1 2013: We HOPE that the significant delays with our clinical trials in Russia and India are solved! Are they ??

Unfortunately the lack of anything exciting and a constant erosion of SP is common place accross AIM and my portfolio. Based on the Pro-active inverstors presentation, we are expecting a lot of news H1 which is now rapidly approaching conclusion ! another two months gone with nothing forthcoming. Do the Russians want the results of these trials anytime soon or is there an underlying cunning plan to prolong ? Sorry snoots but i am frustrated and my patience is running thin ! BUT still here.

We have a near fervour spirit here ! if we should see an RNS how would his Lordship control the euphoria ? Anyone have any idea as to why we continue to fall when gold price is rising ? Cyprus is probably causing the run again, but is it the CEO issue and no recent production news that is causing the uncertainty ?

If the Company shall come under the control of another person or persons other than a Group Company, any Option may, notwithstanding that any performance-related condition or other objective criterion subject to which such Option is then exercisable is not then satisfied, be exercised within the period of 6 months of the date when the person or persons making the offer has obtained control of the Company and any condition subject to which the offer is made has been satisfied or waived and to the extent that the Option is not then exercised it shall upon the expiration of that period lapse and cease to be exercisable.
