Unfortunately I see the raise coming before news and the offer being similar to the recent UK placing. The US II's will want the same as it may include some of the same investors. I have experienced this before so IMHO I think we are in for another heavy dilution before we get any news.

Good you both keeping the faith. Not that we have much choice ! However, our mix of high profile investors haven't backed us for fun and we know VRP are on tight schedule to get this to P3 ASAP. 2017 will be filled with action. I just hope that the dilution doesn't keep coming!

Thanks for that, which is pretty much what I thought, so, post consolidation and assuming successful Nasdaq listing, we will have circa 124m shares in issue, which will give an mcap of circa £190m based on £1.60 consolidation price.?

Reading the circular, VRP are looking to raise a further £108m through the issue of ADS. Qty and number of shares represented TBA. However this will equate to a further 3.6b shares leading to 6.2b in total. This equates to a further 140% dilution if correct -Circa 124m consolidated shares. I am not sure how ADS works so the above may not be correct in real terms if they are traded separately. Can someone explain this for me.

RNS of October 2016 said that the sale would complete early Feb.

Agreed Thelix but I cant see why its taking so long to get the trials moving. Its already been a few months since the first capital raise.

You can hold Nasdaq shares in ISA as I have them. Xbio who were Aim XEN then went to OTC and recently Nasdaq, With I note a 33-1 consolidation.

All objectives met since JAK took over the helm. Oversubscribed massive capital raise via multiple cornerstone investors. Much wiser than to back a company who is totally reliant upon one person !! All patents in place, American post hospital care contracts probably already committed to subject to further successful trials as has been illuded to many times. No worries with me. I was worried when the SP was 1p with our previous BOD. Come on Rhodi you know that the pub gathering is still on course by 2018

Today's drop doesn't make sense unless it's related to selling. POG isn't a problem as good profits still at circa $1200 plus reducing costs and increased copper price !

Agreed on that, but a nice side line and it all helps to add to profit and continued debt reduction.
