Do we have a new chat board site after our migration ?

What consoildation ? we get 56 GSL shares for every 175 of Xen being the ratio between the issuid share capital of each company. The current GAIF SP must already reflect the upcoming transaction because quite cleary they do not have a MCAP of $195M - they were effectively worthless until this RTO. Am i missing something here ?

Has anyone got any thoughts on this ? Until XEN (GSL) are marketed well we may have issues selling ! I agree with your maths that at $1.5 it equates to approx £0.30/share but it just doesn't seem right that we get a 6 fold increase immediately ! My broker was of the opinion that the OTCBB market was not that liquid ? so maybe it won't be easy to sell until Parcea do some good marketing and we release good news.? Anyway exciting times ahead unless of course the Dollar collapses if they can't agree on a new debt ceiling in early Feb ! Now estimated at 17 trillion

If this is a no brainer based on GAIF at $1.5, why did Scott buy such a silly qty of shares ? I have not sold any and I am looking forward to the US market but surly you don't expect that price after the RTO and opening trading ?

In the scheme info it was based on a XEN SP of just under. 6p but we are now at 4.5p so the value ratio to that of GSL is now less ! Unless the deal is at a fixed price ? So is that not a dilution ?

Do we become more diluted if we transfer at this silly price ? Ie the mcap of us compared to that of GSL ? at this rate we will be the same price !!

Every news article i read refers to the the US "tapering" as being the cause of the slide resulting from ETF sell off. However, physical demand from India and China is still high - especially China ! Secondly the underlying debt issues in the USA and europe are still massive. The US debt ceiling issue has not gone away and has to be resolve by early FEB 2014 with probably another increase to circa 20 Trillion ! IMHO a slide in the dollar is on the cards in 2014 - hang in there ! Any thoughts appreciated.

Are you still feeling upbeat about this after the conference call ? I guess it can't be much worse than where we are now. We know that there will be dilution, but hopefully with good marketing and NEWS flow it will be a good move. I hope that the next US fed debt ceiling review in Feb doesn't crash the Dollar to add insult to injury ! Things seem to move so slowly with this company.

Is the suggested 5.95p price fixed ? Or will there be a re-valuation when the scheme becomes effective ? Ie is the ratio of 56/175 fixed, or could it change subject to the market cap valuation of Xen/Gsl upon the scheme becoming effective ? I am trying to Mae up my mind if it's worth buying more on Aim at this silly price, however the unknown risk is: what will be the opening price in the US ! We have a suggested forecast but WHO knows ?

The scheme detail has been set and has an Aim exit price,. Xen are looking to raise finance in th US and have engaged Parcae to undertake PR, so I see no benefit to Xen in publishing news before the exit. IF all goes to plan, it would seem that the time to be in at a good price, is now. But DYOR and there is a high degree of risk but they have grand plans with big backers !

To tempt investment for fundraising. Scott has to cover his 500k salary beyond current bank balance. !

Does anyone know what this will mean for us shareholders in terms of the transfer from Aim ? Do we actually sell and then re-buy the US stock or would there be some kind of transfer ? Or if we sell the entire share capital to a US company, presumably it's just a de-listing on Aim? Any thoughts or knowledge of this would be appreciated. What if the current shares are held in ISA - would a US investment still qualify ?

Have I missed anything this year regarding Baxter ? From the June 2012 report Xen were confident that Baxter would be conducting their own trials for Facor V111 in the spring of 2013 ? Also there has been no RNS about the $1m due from them in June this year ?

I am alsoc considering this but what about the move to a US listing ?

Please can we keep the board positive and informative and not full of irrelevant spats, after all, surely we are all in this for the same reason are we not ?
