Nick I have invested a significant amount of my hard earned cash in Brady in which I note that you are a non-executive director. I previously corresponded with your colleague, Alex Borrelli, and given the lack of news in the last 12 months requested an update. Regretfully, Mr Borrelli informed me that he had no update to give and that any updates/announcement will be made via an RNS as per AIM Rules. I should be grateful if you would provide me with an update or if this is not allowed then perhaps this could be done by way of a telephone call or conference call with shareholders. I know that we may not be ready to announce our first investment but I think that given the drop in share price and a number of sell offs by institutional investors an update to shareholders is long overdue. else still here? Appears to Peel are offloading to to the market. They should have offloaded all 8m shares in approx 4 weeks time. Anyone any thoughts here? Thanks DBH.

anyone know anything about Peel Hunt? Are they new investors or are they simply holding the stock as MMs and plan to offload it to the market? Surely the Board should be updating us re investment strategy plan for 2013 etc. Last year was a poor one for us.

Agreed. Think they must have needed to realise some capital for whatever purpose most likely Graph deal . We need some positve news and a change of sentiment here early 2013.

tratmin Global Resources PLC (formerly called Woodburne Square AG plc) 8,695,652 Owned 14.05% of Brady. No real point in speculating for there reason for selling. Could be a number of reasons. Question for us is when will we get news of first investment?

Thanks you think the Co I danger of going under? I think we should still have 250k approx to invest (reduced from initial amount due to running costs). I suspect we have been looking at targets doing due diligence etc but for different reasons havent found suitable one.

Any update for us? Everyday I live in hope I'll turn on the computer and see the RNS exclamation mark flashing followed by an investment announcement. Bound to happen one day :)

We are running out of cash and will need to do another placing before an investment announcement IMO. Also warrants were allowed to lapse. That said a given the small number of shares in issue positive news will see this SP fly and fly very quickly. I initially had a 10p exit price target.
