600K shares here. Was speaking to Alex Boreilli post deal announcment last wek. He is a nice chap, was very positive about the deal and said that both parties wouldn't have made the announcement if they weren't confident the deal would go through. They have been working on it for 6 months. In terms of timescale for completion this will be at least 4 weeks. Personally I'm factoring 8 to be on the safe side. I'm going to get a credit report on EER to see what their current financial statsu is like. It's been a long hard wait here. Keep the faith.

SOU's market cap is £23 million. Brady's closed at £0.6 million. Brady's shareholding will be significantly diluted but EEP have more assets than SOU.

We don't know the value of the target it will be calculated by accountants on a net asset or multipler on basis. We do not know how the deal will be structured. Placing price is different to share market price and therefore market cap. eg if they place 500 million shares at 5p the market price will be the price the shares are at when the market reopnes (they closed at just over 1p). Market Cap is the market share price x the number of shares in issue. However, very often the market price follows the placing price so if placing was at 5p the market price could rise from 1p to 5p and beyond. Personally I expect to see a string re-rate and for us to be sitting at amny multiples of our current market cap which is £0.6million.

Please explain how fastnet multiplied by 2.5. I think they did a 10:1 share consolidation. I guess we won't really know until we see the deal structure. I'm personally hoping for re-rating within the first month of x5.

Do not bail on the cusp of news. Give it a few more weeks and your patient will be rewarded. Watch out for quarter end. Give the company a call if you wish I have spoken to them on 2 occasions and am contemplating a furtehr top but am struggling for funds.

RTO deal with overseas Co wanting UK listing is very close. Watch this space over next 6 weeks. Keep the faith and if you have more funds (unfortunately I don't) top up.

For those who don't know a RTO is when we do a ************** with a larger private company who wish to be listed on AIM. The larger company wish to do this as getting listed is expensive, complicated and time consuming. We alos have at least 250k in the back meaning that the larger company does not have to do initially raise funds therefore it does not have to place/dilute current shareholding. We believe we are looking at an RTO with a foreign mining compan. If RTO takes place we are looking at a multibag situation. Trading will be suspended and we wil reopen at multiples of current value. I'm no expert but hold 500k shares here so any questions fire away.

IMO Peel are holding and will offload to company (target) that Brady do a RTO with. The target will want to acquire a controlling interest so they will purchase Peel's shares along with others not in free float (ie PRS 27.43% Paul Jackson 11.78% Ken Dulieu 9.85% Ian Jefferson 4.26% giving them control ie monre than 50%. I will top holding and sit back and wait for news.
