very disappointing. Can't deny that, However, I know for a fact that this deal was so very very close. EER were unable to raise funds which totaled £10s of millions. In time they will get there as they have the board and exploration licences in place. With all the costs incurred and work done to date by both companies due diligence etc I believe they wwill look to Brady again. Read the RNS again very carefully. This is not done and dusted yet. Notice there is no mention in the RNS abotu claw back of the legal fees which was to happen if the deal was to totally collapse. EER will not want to lost of this so will look to Brady again IMO.

People I expect a completion announcement start of this week very excited and hope to make some serious money

close to completion announcment. Extension only granted in exceptional circumstacnes for a limited period of time and that was on 1 November 2013. I for one did not think when initial announcment made on 30 April 2013 that we would bee sitting 7 months later without a conclusion.

Folks have a feeling that this will be our week. It's be a long hard wait. Personally, for me since January 2012. Can't wati to see that RNS button flash. DBH.

either way should be here by next Friday ie 29 Nov 2013 as AIM unlikley to grant us any longer for an extension. Keep a close eye on PRS as we should see movment in its Share Price due to the usual leakage.

we're 2 weeks post AIM deadline and still no completion announcement. Delay after delay after delay. All shall be forgiven if we get the announcment we all want.

RNS. PERSONALLY, I BELIVE EXTENSION BY AIM AS DEAL VERY CLOSE BUT HAPPY TO BE PROVED WRONG AND RECEIVE NOTICE OF COMPLETION.........................:)

I'm 95% sure Was told that by someone at Brady but you never know what can happen. I belive a short extension to deadline will be announced at some stage today. Hopefully I'm wrong and RTO completion is annouced though!!

RNS on Wdnesday or before either way. Personally, I'd be surprised if we don't ask for a brief extension but hopefully I'm wrong. Watch PRS SP. AIM is a leaky business and would expect to see a flurry of buys there just before Brady announcement if Brady announces that deal has completed. Must say I'm tempted to buy some PRS but am trying to resist...Keep the faith DBH.

I believe we will ask AIM for a time extension which can granted in exceptioanl circusmtances ie deal imminent.
