On the cards here. Perfect storm browing. Not happy with where we are at but suspect we will could be into the 30s / 40s in the next month. A brokers note, institutional buying, DTU commercialisation or Helios progress - one of these will be the trigger.

will be due soon together with E Denver where we have a free carry. Expecting some movement re DTU commercial deals if we find some Nitrogen pay. I've been investing for over 10 years have seen shares like this before. Great projects with huge potential but SP not reflecting the value. One days something will happen and the wider market will wake up and we will see a huge rerate e.g. same happened at MTR. Gut feel is this is coming soon and I'm accumulating where I can.

East Denver results should be in soon. More importantly, the nitrogen results will also be due. Now if we find some then I expect at least one DTU commercial / licence agreement to immediately follow. This would be because we can automatically reduce the cost of the product whist protection / increasing margin. Should be an exciting few weeks hence my top up this AM.

I'm invested here and understand the negative sentiment. The board are good at selling and talking up our assets but let's not forget they also DELIVER. They executed production at the first 2 Wells in Denver with aplomb. They will deliver again here soon. This SP won't last forever we will rerate soon.

To keep things simple - the reason for the depressed SP is - despite all the DTU hype - we have not seen someone in the industry back this up by entering into a commercial agreement e.g. if we get a RNS saying we had signed an exclusive agreement with a leading oil field services entity this would rocket! Helios has huge potential but that is a more mid / long term play. So we either need a great brokers note, some funds taking a position or a proper commercial agreement re DTU to see this rerate. If either of the latter 2 land we should all do v nicely!

In my view 3 things could realistically propel the SP in the near term 1. Funds taking a position following this week's presentations or 2. A proper commercial agreement re DTU (to date despite all the hype the uptake has been poor) or 3. A strong brokers.note with a high target SP. Think the Denver deal was good. Personally I'm disappointed re the lack of DTU commercialisation.

Bad news must have been leaked here. Any ideas?
