Unfortunately I can see the the company going bust or being Delisted and taking into private ownership in the coming months. We cannot scale the CBD business without masses of cash. It’s Mickey Mouse at present.

Not to be doom and gloom but We have no cash to buy raw materials and develop products and would have to sell on a massive scale to make substantial profit. Not good.

Sorry I should add I was investing money for young kids future here. Almost all gone. Disgraceful from Mr Price and the crew. New business unlikely to be any different. Grrrr

I’m invested here unfortunately. Let’s be honest this CBD play will never produce the returns I’m after. It is a highly competitive market and we have no cash reserves or ability to scale. We will run out of cash in the coming months unless there is another placing. We have been shafted.

Still have these in the bottom drawer but am very frustrated. We seem to have lost serious momentum. What has happened to DTU? Has it been binned? If not, maybe it should be. Also same for West Dener. Our PR machine seem to have ground to a halt but again maybe not a bad thing as latest involved Robert on spouting the same old rhetoric. In fairness, he did initially deliver strongly on East Dener but after that it’s been unrpfessional and poor. Less smoke and mirrors aka shite talking and more delivery, profit making and clarity around our strategy please.

Needs to do now is get out some positive news re Nitrogen, DTU, Helios etc. Institutional investment would help. On a positive note reduces the chances of a placing being required. No doubt the Board and Roberts performance in 2018 has been poor. Too much talk and not enough commercialisation.......

Because RNS’ take time to be released. They would need sign off from external advisers eg lawyers and internal stakeholders. If all is ok we should see one this PM or after hours.

Was looking at this as a long term recovery play but the risk is too great now. That BBC article is shocking and has spooked investors. Hopefully it will come good.

The the vote. Yes we might have been ok due to grandfathering but this removes all risk cost and hassle. Really positive outcome.

If a placing is coming??? Yes we might need funds but look at our project portfolio. We only have a small amount of shares in issue. Personally I don’t really care as long as we start delivering on our projects. That would still trigger a big rerate in SP eg a commercial deal re DTU, nitrogen JV, Helios commerciality etc .
