RE: $23m deals vs £2.5m mkt cap22 Jun 2025 11:57
You soon stressed Roger, hope your ok x
I think my explanation why I think “it’s ripe for a takeover”
Is quite clear
2 deals on the table worth 12p, current sp 1.6p
Potential cash from said 2 deals x2/3 of current mkt cap
Potential further big pay on asset sale , previous deal mentioned $50m
So if an interested party bought enough stock on market and made a bid say £7.5m , they could be buying the equivalent of just cash levels back from the 2 deals , so wouldn’t cost anything 🤷♂️
“Ripe for a takeover”
Personally I don’t want a takeover as the 2 deals are worth c12p/£18.4m with a further potential big payday
You can’t say we aren’t vulnerable at these levels for a takeover
The fact you could sell so many shares 2.25m+ online for a tightly held stock raises questions, if there is a large buyer in the background , 3% would be 4.65m for TR1
Yet you couldn’t buy anymore than 50k
Hope that’s a bit easier to understand Roger , hope your back in profit soon enough
