Clearly they didn’t want buyers, keeping the spread 1.3 - 1.6

Although I could sell my entire holding of 2.25m online @ 1.3p, like you say you could sell more or less mid price but couldn’t buy any volume @ 1.6p

When you think that the two deals they offer a value of around 12p, with sp @ 1.6p ..

but there is also further significant value down the line with the asset sale, which has been mentioned of upto $50m to ROQ as part of lymarid deal , that could add another 25p+

Potential cash from the 2 deals might be 2/3x current mkt cap

Seems ripe for a takeover…

Would need to buy in the market , maybe why you could sell 2.25m online , might have been more
